Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Backend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python and its modern web frameworks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services, designing robust APIs, and ensuring optimal performance and security of backend systems.
Mandatory Skills : Python, Django, Flask, Streamlit, Starlette, REST API development, scalable backend services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend systems using Python.
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, Streamlit, Starlette.
- Develop scalable and high-performance backend services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to deliver seamless integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience in Python.
- Strong expertise in Django, Flask, Streamlit, and/or Starlette.
- Proven experience with API design and development.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and scalability best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments is a plus.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with async programming (e.g., using FastAPI, Starlette).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/noSQL databases.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
1) Be open to learn new frameworks like Hapi.JS , Typescript , Nest.JS
2) Strong DB concepts , and hands on knowledge on MongoDB , REDIS
3) Experience working with micro-services will be a plus
4) Experience working with JWT and IAM systems will be a plus
5) Experience working with Postman , Swagger will be a plus
6) TDD knowledge is an advantage and also working with Unit Test code and familiar with test code coverage concepts.
7) Strong operating system knowledge is a plus with knowledge of how to manage threads.
8) Working experience with RabbitMQ , Kafka will be a plus
9) Strong knowledge of JS internals is a must.
Job Description:
- Develop, test, and maintain applications to specified designs & standards in Laravel.
- Develop & implement modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
- Write and execute unit tests.
- Implement front-end interfaces & experiences with modern HTML/CSS/jQuery.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application components for maximum speed, security, stability, and scalability.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Laravel.
- Experience in Core PHP using MVC Architecture.

- Knowledge of database operations with MySQL/MariaDB, Stored procedures.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience of OOPS.
- Knowledge of engineering practices like CI-CD.
- Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of Lumen (preferred).
- Must have full knowledge of latest version of Laravel & PHP
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple teams
- Translate product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI
- Outline the product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
- Ensure that user story content and prioritization is aligned to the larger strategic objective
- Recommend the scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and appraising adjustments
- Provide information for management by preparing product sales forecasts and reports
- Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.
- Help in the creation and maintenance of bona fide product documentation
- Work with development leads so that product requirements are understood and built accordingly
- Work within a software development methodology like AGILE
- Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams
- Provide product training and technical expertise
- Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Products Manager in a software company.
- Has deep knowledge of every stage of the product life-cycle -- introduction, growth, maturity, and decline -- and understands how it affects development adjustments.
- Critical thinker & problem solver
- Familiarity in the AGILE development framework will be preferable.
- Strong understanding of cutting-edge tools and technologies for frontend and backend development
- Data-oriented, have exceptional analytical skills
- Experience working with the development teams directly will be a plus
- Has the ability to set priorities and resolve issues and set realistic product development goals
- Should be able to communicate technical solutions to both internal and external audiences
- Understand industry flow and trends
- Has the ability to evaluate key metrics to optimize performance
- Demonstrated track record managing successful product development from feature definition to project deployment
- Work with product management analytics tools
- A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills

Basic Qualifications
Candidates for this role must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- At least three years of experience writing production code of increasing complexity
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, complexity analysis, data structures, problem solving, and object-oriented analysis and design
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C, C++, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python
- Experience refactoring code and evolving architectures
- Experience crafting unit, integration, functional and regression tests
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience developing in a Linux environment
- Experience applying service-oriented architecture techniques to production use cases
- Experience in developing secure, multi-platform mobile applications

● Build a low latency serving layer that powers DataWeave's Dashboards, Reports, and Analytics
functionality
● Build robust RESTful APIs that serve data and insights to DataWeave and other products
● Design user interaction workflows on our products and integrating them with data APIs

Skills and Requirements:
● 5-7 years of experience building and scaling APIs and web applications.

● Be passionate about writing code and have experience coding in multiple languages, including at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
