Responsibilities

Design and build applications for Android & iOS platform using React native

Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

Follow best practices for mobile development and maintain high standards of software quality.

Familiar with Agile software development

Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Participating in code reviews and adhering to styles and standards for code quality

Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps in stipulated time

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team collaboration.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in building React Native applications.

Basic knowledge in building native android or iOS applications.

In-Depth Knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript, TypeScript, Redux, Middlewares, Hooks, ECMAScript(ES6, ES7 etc.), Node, NPM, yarn and iOS & Android Build systems.

Experience working with Backend Web Services (like REST, GraphQL etc), Fetch API, Axios and knowledge of Databases.

Proficient experience in developing web applications using any React framework.

Familiarity working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.

Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle , Android Studio.

Knowledge of type checking, unit testing, and code debugging.

Experience with app store and playstore distribution process

Logical thinking and strong analytical reasoning are a must.

Hands on experience in Object Oriented Programming, Database programming, Algorithms, Data Structures

Experience with database frameworks such as SQLite, Realm DB etc.

Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, and SVN.

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Familiarity with continuous integration

Working knowledge in TDD and Unit Testing

Great to Have

Passion to stay up-to-date with technology and trends

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer with a strong background in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and a proven track record of developing robust, scalable mobile applications using React Native. Job Description

Requirement :- Java Tech Lead (with knowledge of Angular)

• 5+ years of experience into Java 6/7/8, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, LOG4J, JSON, XML
• 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot, Sprint Rest, Spring MVC.
• 5+ years of experience in REST, Micro service Development
• Knowledge of Design Patterns (Good to Have).
• Proven Experience in building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Experience in writing SQL-queries and knowledge of PL/SQL
• Experience in working with databases Oracle 10g, 11g, Postgres, Cassandra etc
• Exposure/Experience in working/setting up CI and CD environments (DevOps).
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, version control systems, IDEs, project assembling tools;

Responsibilities:

•Participate in requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of custom banking solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration.

•Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.

•Plan and drive the project's technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.

•Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.

•Experience in various Java EE frameworks and design patterns. Preferably on Micro services architecture.

• Analytical and strong quantitative skills, plus experience combining code and math;
