Job Summary :

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, optimize, and deploy advanced AI solutions. The role focuses on LLM integration, fine-tuning, and performance optimization for scalable production use.

Mandatory Skills :

LLM Integration, Prompt Engineering, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Fine-tuning & LoRA, Model Quantization, Local Deployment, Tokenizers, Performance Optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Integrate GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs into applications.
• Design and implement prompt engineering for context-specific, tone-appropriate outputs.
• Build AI pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Perform fine-tuning and LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) to customize models.
• Apply model quantization (GGML, GPTQ, bitsandbytes) for efficient deployment.
• Deploy models with Hugging Face Transformers, vLLM, llama.cpp.
• Optimize tokenization and inference performance for low latency.

Required Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, open-source models).
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and tone-specific output design.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning, LoRA techniques, and quantization methods.
• Familiarity with deployment frameworks (Transformers, vLLM, llama.cpp).
• Strong understanding of tokenizers and efficient text preprocessing.
• Ability to optimize models for real-time, low-latency inference.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Nice to Have :

• Exposure to MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for AI).
• Experience with evaluation frameworks for LLMs.
• Knowledge of multi-modal models (text, vision, audio).

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 3 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java/Kotlin language.

3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to write high-quality code.

4. Understand performance optimization and be familiar with underlying principles such as Android framework, multi-threading, data storage, and network communication.

5. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems, learn quickly, withstand pressure, and communicate and collaborate.

6. Proficient in the use of mainstream tripartite frameworks

T4

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 5 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java/Kotlin language.

3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to implement reusable components with high quality.

4. Familiar with performance optimization, familiar with underlying principles such as Android framework, multi-threading, data storage, network communication, etc.

5. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems, learn quickly, withstand pressure, and communicate and collaborate.

6. Applicants with experience in large-scale IM systems, social/community APPs, and front-line Internet product development will be given priority.

7. Applicants with development experience in large-scale project performance optimization, engineering efficiency optimization, cross-platform solutions, etc. will be given priority.

8. Be familiar with one or more third-party source codes. You need to be familiar with and understand design patterns and Android source codes.

Master’s Degree/PG in computer science or B.E/ B. Tech in Computer/Electronics or equivalent with minimum 2 years industrial/academic experience in UI/UX development, computational biology, MD simulations, PHP, MySQL, Bash scripting, Server admin. • Designing, building, prototyping, developing and implementing single-page responsive web applications for our cloud platform.
• Involved in decision making for design and technical aspects for modular and component-based architectures.
• Developing application code, services, user interfaces, user experience and unit tests.
• Ensuring high performance and responsive applications with state-of-the-art user experience.
• Experimenting with new technologies and working with integrated web-applications.
• Collaborating and iterating with the Product Managers, UI/UX and Backend teams to define, design, build, extend products and features.

• You have previously worked for a minimum of 3 years in a technical environment contributing as a programmer.
• You have proven expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem and used frameworks like ReactJS, Vue. Preference would be given to reactjs.
• You have exposure to Golang, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL and Firebase.
• You must have strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
