Responsibilities:
· Create graphics and layouts for PowerPoint presentations, digital banners, e-mails
templates, collaterals, newsletters, social media creatives, web layouts, video courses, etc.
· Create and edit videos, multimedia videos, audio-video, animations and infographics Ads
video etc.
· Conceptualize slides, displays, and templates into visually appealing designs graphics on
brand requirements.
· Understand the audience segmentation of the brand for whom the message/ advertisement
has been created.
· Translate concepts into working models while keeping in mind the design aesthetics, brand
guidelines, templates, and latest design standards.
· Give inputs on the existing video/advertisement in the form of observations and
suggestions as per social media and promotional best practices.
· Focus and analyze the advertisement on parameters like brand logo visibility, product
visibility, ad duration, brand cues, product USP shown, etc.
· Use data and research to shape the brand’s narrative and suggest content/ video
experiences tailored to the brand’s target audience.
· Ability to run design explorations, creating multiple options to react to and consider by the
team.
· Constantly research and proactively suggest creative designs/formats.
· Ability to discuss project timeline, narrative structure, story goals and more with the
concerned members.
· Operate tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw,
Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Microsoft PowerPoint design, etc.
. Ability to tell a story through short and impactful videos (editing of existing footage and
creating new vector based videos/animations).
. Basic knowledge of website design will be considered as an advantage for the position.

- 5+ years of development experience
- Expertise in IBM MDM version 11.x (Advanced Edition) product, hands-on multiple implementation experience.

Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the product, significantly. The team is responsible for supporting all decisions being taken by other teams, to improve growth, engagement and revenue of the platform. Furthermore, the team sets up and maintains internal tools, apps, dashboards, processes and functions as arbiters of information within the organization.
The variety of tasks is immense and will give you the chance to play to your strengths. Tasks could include; improving search and recommendations, data mining, identifying potential customers, ad-hoc analyses, creating APIs for internal consumption et cetera.
Some of the challenges you will face include:
- Working cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales and marketing teams to aid in decision making.
- Analyze and conclude experiments of new product features.
- Creating, maintaining, and modifying internal dashboards, apps and reports being used, as part of the larger analytics function at Quizizz.
- Deep diving into data to extract insights that could help explain a certain phenomenon.
- Organizing the analytics warehouse, as and when new data is added.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of industry experience, providing solutions to business problems in a cross-functional team.
- Versatility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- An SQL expert, and strong programming skills. (Python preferred)
- Mathematical thinking.

Good to have:
- Experience with Jupyter (/iPython) notebooks.

What you will do:
- Deepening the relationship with B2B2C channel
- Strengthening the relationship with existing customers
- Selling the company's diabetes management plans through outbound calls to a set of pre generated leads
- Managing relationship with onboarded customers and taking feedback and resolving customer queries
- Receiving in-bound calls from the customer and helping them to understand the company's plans and offerings
- Being the second point of contact for partner doctors and hospitals and visiting them when required, to resolve their queries
- Understanding customers’ requirements from the product standpoint and developing an in depth understanding of the healthcare eco-system
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- At least a graduate in any stream from a reputed university
- A decent understanding of the sales and customer acquisition processes
- Good social skills with ability to understand customer needs and developing relationships with people
- Past experience in successfully closing sales deals remotely is a must
- Openness to move around in NCR and meet doctors
- Past experience of 3-5 years in similar roles either with healthcare start-ups or in a similar role in related or other industries
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
- Proficiency in using internet and tools such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Role: Senior Full Stack Developer
Skill Set and Competency Required:
- Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, Micro Services, 12 Factor Apps, Apache.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture
- Ability to design, develop and implement scalable, elastic microservice based platforms.
