Job Summary
Mirorfem Tech is establishing a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Centre of Excellence (CoE) to deliver safe, evidence-based, scalable, and personalized hormone health solutions for women. The Program Head – HRT CoE is a Managing Director–level role with full end-to-end ownership of program vision, clinical-tech roadmap, operating structure, and commercial scale.
Program Strategy & Ownership
· Define the end-to-end HRT program vision, roadmap, and service architecture
· Translate clinical intent into scalable, tech-enabled care models
· Own the program lifecycle from concept → launch → scale
Clinical & Quality Governance
· Build and govern evidence-based HRT protocols in collaboration with Medical Advisors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
