Job Title: Sr. Executive - Stores

Reporting To: Stores / Purchase Asst Manager & GM

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

The Store executive is responsible for managing the daily store operations, ensuring proper inventory control, documentation, and coordination with production and purchase departments. The role requires ERP knowledge, auditing skills, material tracking, and adherence to 5S standards. The inventory level to be managed in the stores would be to the tune of 10.00 Cr.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management & Control

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Track stock movement using ERP software.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counting.
• Identify and report shortages and take necessary follow-up actions.

2. Goods Receipt & Documentation

• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for incoming materials.
• Verify invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders.
• Maintain proper documentation for batch cards and material tracking.

3. ERP & System Management

• Enter and manage stock transactions in the ERP system.
• Generate inventory and material consumption reports.
• Ensure real-time stock updates and data accuracy.

4. Third-Party Job Work & Material Tracking

• Track materials sent for third-party job work and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow up on pending materials and timely job completion.
• Record and verify materials received after external processing.

5. Auditing & Compliance

• Conduct internal store audits to ensure compliance.
• Prepare documents for external audits.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices in the store.

6. Shortage Follow-Up & Coordination

• Identify critical shortages affecting production.
• Coordinate with the purchase and production team for urgent procurement.
• Ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and consumables.

7. General Store Management

• Supervise store staff and daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Education: Degree
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in store management in a manufacturing industry – Electrical / electronics sector .

Technical Skills

• ERP system knowledge
• GRN processing and material documentation.
• Inventory control & stock tracking.
• Basic auditing and compliance understanding.
• 5S knowledge and implementation.

Soft Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1) Must have experience working in Aviation / Aerospace industry.

2) Must hold Technician Diploma degree.

3) Familiarity with RTCA-DO-160E section 23., JAR/CS - 25, rules and rgulations

4) Familiar with CEMILAC, DGAQA, FAA/EASA for Design, Manufacturing and certifications  

5) Familirity with Testing methodologies (ATSM , JAR/CS-25)

• Experience in Core Java, CXF, Spring. 
• Experience in spring boot, microservices. 
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale n-tier applications for the financial domain. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns. 
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications. 
• Good development experience with RDBMS, preferably Sybase database 
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high volume server side development 
• Experience in sales and trading platforms in investment banking/capital markets 
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux 
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java 
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. 
• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts. 

• Needs to generate qualified opportunities within target industry accounts wherein each opportunity should contain:
• Diagnosis of the prospect's business pains, where Unbxd solutions can fit in, understanding of prospects' buying cycle, procurement process, budgets etc. 
• Needs to identify accounts and do extensive prospect territory planning for the given region.
• Also conduct detailed prospect research within focused industry verticals. 
• Ability to develop a 'Why Unbxd, Why Now' proposition for each prospect interaction, identify and follow up on all marketing leads. 
• Support all the industry or solution specific marketing events in the region. 
• Ongoing record keeping and forecasting within Salesforce CRM & make use of prospecting support tools such as LinkedIn, eTailInsights etc.....

Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients. Research companies to create strategic communication plans. Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)

Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the EstateMaster solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Assessing the results of marketing campaigns
• Support sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads.
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine the budget and timeline.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work with the Regional Sales Managers and President to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Assisting Marketing Director in writing reports and analyzing data
• Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs
• Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Good knowledge about Blockchain and Crypto is added advantage.

• Design, develop, code and test the solution

• Experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies (e.g. Cassandra, ES) 

• 5-10 yrs of industry experience

• Energetic self-starter, with a desire to work in a startup environment

• Proficient in advanced Java programming skills

• Expert in Application development cloud/on premise end to end. Middle layer, DB layer.

• Nice to have understanding on MQ (e.g. Kafka)

• Good hands on in Complex Event Processing systems

• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data. Pre compute or data aggregation frameworks to achieve good response time

• Experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies (e.g. Cassandra, ES)

• Experience of debugging applications running on Unix like systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS)

• Experience developing RESTful APIs for complex data sets

• Knowledge of container based development & deployment (e.g. Dockers, K8s)

• Expertise in software security domain, a plus

Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for analysing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance. You will also be required to identify bugs and collaborate with the software design team. To ensure success as a QA automation engineer, you should have advanced programming skills, must be able to design and write efficient test procedures for every software application.

• Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
