ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Strategy Team Member to drive the rapid scaling of our AI Operating System startup. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, developing our proprietary Master Agent and App Catalogue (MAAC) offering, and creating compelling, intelligent content to establish our market leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a bias for action, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the future of AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Startup Scaling and Strategic Planning-

• Develop and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, market penetration, and overall business growth.
• Conduct thorough competition benchmarking to identify market opportunities, threats, and best practices.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and adjust scaling initiatives effectively.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Master Agent and App Catalogue (MAAC) Development-

• Drive the strategy, development, and launch of the MAAC, our platform for master agents and integrated applications.
• Define the functionality, user experience, and value proposition of the catalogue, ensuring it meets the needs of developers and end-users.
• Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical teams (product, engineering) to ensure seamless execution and alignment of the MAAC with the core AI OS.
• Gather user feedback and iterate on the MAAC offering to optimize its effectiveness and adoption.

Smart Content Creation and Knowledge Sharing-

• Lead the creation of high-impact, intelligent content to drive engagement, educate the market, and build brand authority.
• Produce various content formats, including-
• Videos and Podcasts detailing use cases, industry insights, and company updates.
• A comprehensive Use Case Library showcasing practical applications of the AI OS.
• Competition Benchmarking reports and analyses.
• Utilize data and AI tools to inform content strategy and optimize content performance.
• Manage and curate a knowledge repository for internal and external stakeholders.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 4+ years of Tech experience ( Product, Tech solution / Tech Consulting, Start Ups).
• Only Tier I colleges MBA passout.

Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Backend Engineering (Primary Focus – ~80–90%)

• Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems.
• Work with one or more modern programming languages:
• Java, Python, Go, Ruby on Rails, Rust, or Node.js
• Write clean, reusable, testable code and maintain strong unit test coverage.
• Engage in architecture discussions, code reviews, and code pairing.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.

Frontend Contribution (Optional – ~10–20% if willing)

• Not mandatory, but you may occasionally take small frontend tasks.
• Ability to discuss frontend fundamentals (React/Angular basics) is preferred.

Strong Senior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of total software development experience, with at least 2+ years working on AI/LLM-based features in production

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend engineering experience using Python (FastAPI / Django preferred) and building production-grade systems

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, including OpenAI / Gemini / similar models in real projects

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing end-to-end AI pipelines, including chaining, tool usage, structured outputs, and handling failure cases

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience building agentic AI systems (multi-step workflows, tool orchestration like LangGraph / CrewAI or custom agents)

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have strong coding and system design skills, not just prompt engineering or experimentation

Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have experience shipping AI features in production, not just POCs or research projects

Mandatory (Experience 9) – Must have experience working with APIs, backend services, and integrations

Mandatory (Experience 10) – Must have understanding of AI system reliability, including latency, cost optimization, fallback handling, and basic eval thinking

Mandatory (Company) – Product companies / startups, preferably Series A to Series D

Mandatory (Note) - Candidate's overall experience should not be more than 7 Yrs

We are seeking talented DevOps-Engineers with focus on Elastic Stack (ELK) to join our dynamic DPS team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and advising on the further development of an existing monitoring solution based on the Elastic Stack (ELK). You will independently handle tasks related to architecture, setup, technical migration, and documentation.

The current application landscape features multiple Java web services running on JEE application servers, primarily hosted on AWS, and integrated with various systems such as SAP, other services, and external partners. DPS is committed to delivering the best digital work experience for the customers employees and customers alike.

Responsibilities:

Install, set up, and automate rollouts using Ansible/CloudFormation for all stages (Dev, QA, Prod) in the AWS Cloud for components such as Elastic Search, Kibana, Metric beats, APM server, APM agents, and interface configuration.

Create and develop regular "Default Dashboards" for visualizing metrics from various sources like Apache Webserver, application servers and databases.

Improve and fix bugs in installation and automation routines.

Monitor CPU usage, security findings, and AWS alerts.

Develop and extend "Default Alerting" for issues like OOM errors, datasource issues, and LDAP errors.

Monitor storage space and create concepts for expanding the Elastic landscape in AWS Cloud and Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE).

Implement machine learning, uptime monitoring including SLA, JIRA integration, security analysis, anomaly detection, and other useful ELK Stack features.

Integrate data from AWS CloudWatch.

Document all relevant information and train involved personnel in the used technologies.
