Job Description

You'll be joining our fast-growing team responsible for delivering quality support and ensuring customers receive high value from PowerRouter. On a day-to-day basis, you'll work with customers on resolving support inquiries, working on project implementation, and nurturing close partnerships with customers.


What you'll be doing?

  1. Lead projects from implementation, requirements gathering, and working with internal team to achieve customer objectives
  2. Provide resolution to customer inquiries and help them achieve their desired results
  3. Maintain and nurture customer relationships on a regular basis and identify opportunities for growth 
  4. Own customer implementation deliverables and outcomes. Identify and Mitigate any risks from customers  
  5. Document and Build processes based on best practices to support customers
  6. Delight customers with successful product implementation and best practices


Requirements:


- 0-2 years B2B SAAS experience 

- MBA in Marketing, Product Management

- Motivated and proactive individual with demonstrated ability to take ownership for outcomes

- Experience with customer implementations, tracking deliverables

- Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience managing enterprise clients.

- Experience with Sales & Marketing automation tools preferred

- Experience working with US clients preferred

- Available to work in US time zones.
