Creative Strategy & Ideation
Brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas regularly.
Build repeatable content formats and systems that can scale across platforms.
Stay updated with trends while adapting them thoughtfully to suit the brand identity.
Experiment with new formats, concepts, and storytelling approaches.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the design team, content team, influencer team, and external collaborators.
Coordinate with stakeholders to execute campaigns effectively.

Brand & Product Understanding
Develop a strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, formulations, and customer concerns.

4 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media content roles.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content platforms.
