Job description

1.Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in Web Application Development.

2.Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Laravel and Codeigniter is a plus.

3.Knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, AJAX is a plus.

4.Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.

5.Previous experience creating scalable applications.

6.Exposure to code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS and SVN.

7.Familiarity with SQL Databases is a plus.

8.Good logical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

We are looking for a candidate who has 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B SAAS company as a ‘Client Success Associate’. The responsibilities include:

• Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant and maximize adoption of Voiceoc
• Assist & train Clients to use the system to its full extent and help them to resolve their support queries
• Increase overall retention and do in-depth analysis to create up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
• Gathering Client feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Support practices
• Analyzing Client data and helping them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
• Carrying out periodic health checks to avoid churn
• Keeping Clients updated on new features, and new products they might find useful
• Encouraging Client advocacy through feedback, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals
• Upselling and cross-selling through review of Clients’ progress

* Experience in C/C++ and have strong experience embedded application development and integration in Linux

* Good in creating unit tests, performing code reviews, optimizing performance and ensuring standards for maintainability  

* Debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills

• Design & Development of the architecture for multi-robot planning.
• Design & development of task allocation algorithms
• Design & development of conflict resolution approaches.
• Design & develop queuing strategies for multi-robot deployments.
• Research & collaboration on approaches to improve task allocation based on historical data
• Design & development of communication architecture for inter-robot and robot-server communications.
  
  Requirements
• B.Tech, M. Tech or higher qualification in Computer Science Engineering, Information
• Technology or related fields
• Proficiency with C++/Python programming language
• Experience of working in the robotics field for 3-5 years
• Skilled at general software development, bug analysis, and fixing
• Knowledge of networking/communication concepts
• Strong knowledge of Robot Operating System (ROS)
• Good knowledge of system design
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good project management skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skill

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Must have experience working with Automation Testing and Basic manual, POSTMAN, API Testing, Mobile Testing  and Jmeter.
• Good understanding of SLDC and STLC
• Design, write and execute detailed test Cases for web and mobile application
• Contribute ideas to improve our QA processes and best practices based on your extensive experiences.
• Work with development team to understand the underlying technology to improve the authored test cases.
• Execute the test cases and ensure that the product is adhering to the functional specs authored.
• Hands on Experience in Mobile Application (Android/IOS) end to end testing,
• functional and UI Testing
• Responsive Testing
• Experience using defect management tool
• Excellent Logical and Reasoning thinking must
• Excellent communication is a must

About the Backend Developer

We are looking at a diligent, driven, passionate person for our efforts on engagement and retention of our customers (schools) in a high growth environment. Backend Developer will be the face of the organisation for the schools that are using the platform on a day to day basis. The Developer will interact with the schools via the chat support and email requests and resolve any issues that the schools might be facing in using the platform or extend any support they might be needing to use the platform to its fullest.

• As a Backend Developer, you will play a major role in, developing and deploying high-quality web platforms. In this multifaceted role, you will get the opportunity to work along curriculum experts, teachers, and students, and user-test the product in real school settings.
