One of our partners is transforming how group consolidation for accounting is done. Their platform turns fragmented accounting data into live, structured financial intelligence — giving CFOs and financial controllers instant visibility across companies, projects, and accounts. With a canonical data model at its core, they eliminate manual consolidation, spreadsheet chaos, and reporting delays, enabling smarter decisions in real time. We are seeking a UX Designer to join our growing Pune team. You will play a central role in shaping intuitive, elegant, and data-driven user experiences for the platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user behaviour and translating insights into thoughtful designs that balance usability and visual appeal. While your primary focus will be UX design, you should also be comfortable supporting the team with basic graphic and visual design tasks when needed. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design and refine user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for web applications. 
• Conduct or assist in user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve product design. 
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. 
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency 
• Contribute to defining and documenting UX standards, workflows, and accessibility practices. 
• Provide visual design support (e.g., icons, simple illustrations, and presentation visuals) when required, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. 
• Participate actively in Agile development cycles, ensuring design alignment throughout sprints. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for SaaS or technology products. 
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). 
• Strong grasp of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices. 
• Experience designing web environments, with an eye for responsive and scalable design. 
• Familiar with WCAG standards 
• Ability to create clear and polished design deliverables that developers can easily implement. 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving. 
• Ability to handle occasional graphic design needs in support of UX projects. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Exposure to AI-driven or data-intensive products such as Lovable or V0 
• Familiarity with frontend handoff tools or basic understanding of HTML/CSS. 
• Experience in motion design or micro-interactions is a plus. 
• Understanding of Agile product development processes. 

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in computer science

Min 1-3 years of experience in Python and backend technology

Development experience with programming languages like C/C++, Erlang, Elixir.

Experience in Python / Go Lang is a must

Experience in creating and dealing with REST API and socket technology

Working Knowledge of RabbitMQ and Kafka

Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases along with Redis and elastic search.

Working knowledge of network communication, TCP, UDP, HTTP, etc

Roles and Responsibilities:        

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Write clean code to develop functional web applications

Troubleshoot and debug applications

Perform UI tests to optimize performance

Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications

Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Gather and address technical and design requirements

Provide training and support to internal teams

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features

Follow emerging technologies

Optimizing multiple producers and multiple consumer system

Develop a Fault-tolerant application design.

Purpose of Job:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Lead data engineer who has
exposure in implementing AWS services to build data pipelines, api
integration and designing data warehouse. Candidate with both hands-on
and leadership capabilities will be ideal for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Total 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and 2+
years of experience in managing a team
• Have minimum 3 years of AWS Cloud experience.
• Well versed in languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, NodeJS etc
• Has extensive experience in Spark ecosystem and has
worked on both real time and batch processing
• Have experience in AWS Glue, EMR, DMS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step functions, Airflow, RDS, Aurora etc.
• Experience with modern Database systems such as
Redshift, Presto, Hive etc.
• Worked on building data lakes in the past on S3 or
Apache Hudi • Solid understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts
• Good to have experience on tools such as Kafka or Kinesis
• Good to have AWS Developer Associate or Solutions
Architect Associate Certification
• Have experience in managing a team

Qualifications:
At least a bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Applied

Job Description

As a content writer, you’ll be working with teams across the company (and sometimes across countries) to create valuable content to educate our customers and wow our prospects. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features and so on.

Responsibilities

• Write, publish, and maintain customer-facing marketing and technical content, including testing and product blogs, technical reports on testing, educational guides, and newsletters.
• Understand the domain, create value-focused educational content for ICP, secondary personas, & segments
• Coordinate with researchers to prepare short reports for timely and accurate testing intelligence to be shared with clients.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, SEO, and Marketing teams to determine and deliver content requirements.
• Prepare and review testing related content strategy and target achievements from time to time.
• Implement various elements of SEO and marketing strategy in static and dynamic content for B2B deliverables.
• Follow SEO guidelines. Include and optimize new and existing content for SEO
• Hire and manage freelancers and verify content quality and relevance
• Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach junior writers on ways to improve their writing skills.
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

• Design and implement cross-platform applications with Dart/Flutter using Bloc and Provider.
• Take the initiative to suggest technical improvements and direction.

• Perform load testing, participate in code reviews, write tests, and conduct troubleshooting to ensure uptime for live systems.

• You have at least 3 years of experience working as a software engineer.
• You have at least 2 years of experience developing Android applications and deep insights into Android as an operating system.
• At least 1 year of Flutter development and should have at least 1 Flutter App live in stores.
