Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who has strong command over professional editing tools and can deliver high‑quality videos aligned with MotionGility’s creative standards. The ideal candidate must be detail‑oriented, fast‑learning, and able to understand project requirements clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high‑quality videos for various platforms, following the provided brief or script.
• Work closely with the creative and animation teams to maintain brand and visual consistency.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound enhancements when required.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Understand project requirements and deliver outputs aligned with MotionGility’s portfolio standards.

Tools Required (Must-Have)

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Expert level
• Adobe After Effects – Advanced proficiency required
• Adobe Illustrator – Basic to moderate understanding
• DaVinci Resolve – Strong proficiency preferred

Financial Management & Reporting:

•Oversee all accounting transactions, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and publish timely financial statements.

•Prepare budget forecasts, supporting annual financial planning and financial health assessments.

Compliance & Taxation:

•Compute and file tax returns, ensuring GST compliance with regulations.

•Conduct audits to maintain financial accuracy, adhere to standards, and comply with financial policies.

•Regularly review bookkeeping for accuracy and compliance.

Cash Collection:

•Oversee the company’s cash collection process and ensure that cash receipts are processed efficiently and accurately.

•Monitor and track cash flow regularly, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations.

•Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to address any issues or discrepancies related to payments.

Trade Receivables Management:

•Monitor and manage trade receivables, ensuring that outstanding invoices are followed up on and collected in a timely manner.

•Track aging of receivables and ensure that overdue accounts are actively pursued.

•Issue statements and reminders to clients regarding overdue payments.

Account Reconciliation & Financial Health:

•Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and report on the company's financial health and liquidity to stakeholders.

•Audit financial transactions and documents, maintaining meticulous records.

Technical Proficiency & Confidentiality:

•Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups as necessary to secure sensitive information.

•Proficiently utilize Tally, Oracle, and Excel for comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.

•Stay updated with industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and secure financial data handling.

Responsibilities for SEO Specialist

• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
• Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Qualifications for SEO Specialist

• Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus

To be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting throughout the organization through the development of present and future recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas, and ensuring successful execution of all the hiring requirements of the organization. Should possess excellent reporting skills with Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Respective Unit recruitment process (Requisition, strategizing & planning recruitment events, monitoring, measuring, controlling, and continuous improvement).
• End-to-end Recruitment cycle (Sourcing/Selection/ on-boarding / Process compliance/ MIS)
• Would Individually be responsible for fulfilling all roles assigned
• Implement creative sourcing strategies for future & current open positions & execute them with minimal direction.
• Define recruitment SLAs, establish metrics, and create MIS.
• Identify effectively utilize the various resource of recruitment to ensure target achievement.
• Plan and strategize recruitment drives.
• Bring in continuous improvements in sourcing, interview & selection process.
• Create and maintain job Descriptions for all positions and establish competency levels.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• Qualifications: PG in HR (MBA, PGDM, PGP etc) / B.E, BTech
• Experience: 6-10 Years Experience
• Professional skills: Expert knowledge of sources of talent and recruitment, IT skills, technologies & industry. Preferred from Product Engineering / Product Support / Apps domain with bulk-hiring experience

The individual will be the go-to person for developing concepts, graphics and creating an appropriate design language for the brands. Creating visual elements to deliver the communication efficiently and aesthetically pleasing manner would be needed the most.

•  Coordinate with the account managers to discuss the brand requirements.
•  Get a detailed brief to interpret the client’s needs and develop a creative concept that suits their purpose.
•  Creating drafts of design with the briefs available and through data research.
•  Presenting final output of creative concepts to the account managers.
•  Working with a wide range of media tools and software.
•  Working as a part of team with account leads, copy writers, technical dept. and of course the design team.
•  Updated with current fashion of design trends, application packages, visual arts, time limits and anything that impacts the design.
•  Creating design layouts and concepts as per layout principles and design concepts.
