About the Role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with healthcare industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain healthcare applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET

Design and implement database structures for healthcare data using SQL Server

Integrate with healthcare systems and standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc.)

Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers

Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Stay current with emerging technologies and healthcare IT trends

Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience in .NET development

Proven experience developing healthcare applications

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework

Experience with SQL Server and database design

Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)

Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements

Experience with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular or React)

Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare EHR/EMR systems

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Online Reputation Management Consultant to ensure a strong, positive online presence across key platforms including Quora, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, GlassDoor, and Reddit. The ideal candidate will drive systematic improvements in our digital reputation, collaborate with an extensive internal team, and work with external experts to enhance our brand perception month over month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Reputation Enhancement:
• Monitor and manage our online presence to ensure a consistently strong and positive reputation across all major social and review platforms.
• External Audit Coordination:
• Identify and engage with an external reputation consultant to conduct comprehensive monthly online reputation audits.
• Collaborate with the consultant to develop actionable strategies for systematic improvement, similar to practices used in managing Google reviews.
• Internal Collaboration & Engagement:
• Work closely with 500+ team members and their networks to plan and execute contests, games, and other events that leverage their social influence and drive positive public sentiment.
• Develop and implement initiatives that encourage employee advocacy and active participation in promoting our brand online.
• Strategic Reporting & Analysis:
• Provide regular reports on reputation metrics and campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Proactively address any negative feedback or issues that may arise, developing crisis management plans as necessary.

• Proven experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external consultants.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Implementing world-class Enginerring practices for all the product development teams at WeCP. Ensure these are evangelized and followed.
• Build and maintain SDLC across all of our development and deployment environments: developer, QA, to our production.
• Envision, implement and rollout best development and devops tooling and automation for all of our services.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering with mentoring or leading a team
• Hands-on experience with Nodejs, Angular and AWS is mandatory.
• Tech stack: MEAN, AWS, JavaScript, Docker, SRS
• Experience  Dockerizing existing web applications
• Setting up alerts and monitoring for system infrastructure
• Monitoring system and application health and optimising the cost
• Experience with security, threat modeling, penetration testing, static analysis

• OWASP Secure Code review,• Basic programing knowledge in any programming language and knowledge on secure development practices.
• OWASP TOP 10 vulnerabilities and their mitigations
• Hands on experience in Web Application Security Testing tools (SAST & DAST) and Penetration testing tools such as HP Fortify, Checkmarx, Acunetix, Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit., Qualys Guard, Kali Linux , etc.
• Understand/modify exploit code and find logical security flaws in applications
• Should have knowledge and experience on Network Security, Application Security, Internet Security, attack vectors.
• To carry out technical vulnerability assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommended controls and support to mitigate them.

Communication and management of schedule with the Experts / Facilitators

Establish relationships with full-time and part-timeExperts / Facilitators across the country;

Scheduling and management of trainings with Experts / Facilitators
Establish regular feedback cycles and obtain from various stakeholders;

Operational assistance for on ground associates before and after programs
Apart from the functions listed above, the new hire may also be expected to assist with peripheral activities.

Job Description :

*4+ years of software design and development experience.

*Programming experience building .net web applications in .net core/.net 6                                                 

*Must have strong knowledge in any Database.

*AWS and Azure experience will be an added advantage.

*The candidate must have developed a browser-based application and used web services and APIs.
