Engineering Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with

expertise in both Windows and Linux operating systems and solid experience in Java

technologies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data structures and algorithms, as

well as frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Hands-on experience

working with MySQL databases is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java technologies.

● Implement robust solutions using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.

● Develop and optimize database operations with MySQL.

● Analyze and solve complex problems by applying knowledge of data structures and

algorithms.

Requirements:

● Operating Systems: Expertise in Windows and Linux environments.

● Programming Languages & Technologies: Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, Java 8+).

● Frameworks: Proficiency in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

● Algorithms and Data Structures: Good understanding and practical application of DSA

concepts.

● Databases: Experience with MySQL – writing queries, stored procedures, and performance

tuning.

● Version Control Systems: Experience with tools like Git.

● Deployment: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Docker (optional)

Required Skills:

Strong Ability to troubleshoot vulenerabilities and sonar issues and remediate with appropriate sonar rules compliant solution.

Should have hands on experience in SDLC

Job Responsibilities:
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
Write well-designed, testable code
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
You will build robust secure and scalable micro-services to power the NoBroker platform for end customers.
● You will be contributing to NoBrokers customer success cloud and enable data-driven
decisions using bots, machine learning & artificial intelligence algorithms.
● You will be responsible to implement RESTful services with metric-driven KPIs. You will
be working closely with other team members to develop world-class reusable UI
components.

Primary Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. from a reputed college or related technical discipline with 2+years of hands-on
experience in the following Technology and programming methodology :
● Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
● Experience designing interactive applications
● exposure in building RESTful APIs, Hands-on working experience with the Scalable and
fault-tolerant application.
● Working experience with databases like SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB,
Redis, and elastic search)
● Provenance experience with any ORM tools like JEE, Spring, Hibernate.
● Experience with test-driven development
● Proficiency in the software engineering tool
● High adaptability in a dynamic start-up environment.

• Pitching ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancements.
• Rolling out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed.
• Securing software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Previous experience working on a 24x7 cloud or SaaS operation team.
• Spring Boot Java 8, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Postman/Newman, RESTful Services, Containers.
• Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Proven in developing, implementing, and providing solutions to the given problem in all Java technologies.
• Proficient in stitch-together end-to-end application starting from front-end web development, back-end development, middleware integration, and persisting data in no SQL or DBMS databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
