Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist responsible for dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions, and ensuring safe and effective use of medicines. The candidate will also guide patients on proper medication usage and maintain pharmacy inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines as per doctor prescriptions
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and drug interactions
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage and dosage
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and stock levels
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Maintain records of controlled drugs and pharmacy documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)
• Valid Pharmacist registration/license
• Good knowledge of medicines and dosage guidelines
• Basic computer knowledge and pharmacy software handling
• Good communication and attention to detail

Industry: Healthcare / Pharmacy / Hospital / Retail Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Django and Python.

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for scalability and maintainability.

• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data storage and caching.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure robust API design principles.

• Implement system design best practices for high availability and fault tolerance.

• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.

• Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for hosting and infrastructure management.

• Apply security best practices to protect data and application integrity.

• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards. 

Required Skills & Expertise

• Django/Python – Advanced proficiency in backend development.

Microservices Architecture – Strong understanding of distributed systems.

• PostgreSQL & Redis – Expertise in relational and in-memory databases.

• Docker/Kubernetes – Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration.

• API Design & System Design – Ability to design scalable and secure systems.

• Cloud (AWS/Azure) – Practical experience with cloud services and deployments.

• Security Best Practices – Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and data protection.

• Own and shape the full product roadmap and user journeys 
• Conduct user interviews and translate insights into usable flows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• 1 to 4 years of experience in product, design, or UX leadership 
• Data Analytics skills are must as understanding the market is essential for developing a product with the right product–market fit 
• Mastery in Figma, wireframing, design systems, and UX writing 
• Proven ability to lead a product from MVP to active users 
• A calm, structured thinker who can simplify complexity into elegance 
• Deep intuition for what makes a great product experience 

Candidates from Product Based companies preferred with IC roles

Candidates who have worked in 0-10 journey and passionate to that again

Ready to work in high growth enviornment

Job Requirements :

- 3+ years on Flutter, Overall 7 years plus

- Hands on and individual contribution on Syntax, Logic and Debugging

- Take ownership of the entire fintech application having 1M + users

- Recruit , train and manage Senior Developers (our most junior developers are 3+ years)

- Worked on latest android versions

- Hands on on Firebase, notifications, Google Maps, Sessions Management , Socket integration

- Good at Core Java and create own libraries

- Work Exp in Lead role in past companies

Experience with Flutter is a plus

• Strong development experience in Python in the environment of Unix/Linux/Ubuntu
• Strong practical knowledge of Python and its libraries.
• Current working experience with cloud deployment of AWS/Azure/GCP, Microservice architecture, and Docker in Python.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Good Experience of Python with Django/ Scrapy/ Flask frameworks.
• Good Experience in Jupyter/ Docker/ Elastic Search, etc.

• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership.

• Expected to have migration experience from one version to the other, as this project is about migration to the latest version.
• Preferred if had an OpenEdx platform experience or any LMS platform. 

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar SDET role.
• Demonstrated experience in test framework design, development and having a strong QA mindset.
• Proficiency in any open source Automation Frameworks
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA or similar other tools.
• Define test strategies, analyse test results and validate the functionality. work with development, and product to gather test requirements, assess risk areas and convert these to test cases.
• Addition of new capabilities and features Test Cycle Management in the automation framework which is used by the entire QA team for test automation.

THE CANDIDATE:

Candidates with Min 3 Years experience who will Scope, analyze, debug and implement complex LAMP based systems and handle a project independently.

SKILLS MANDATORY – PHP Coding on Laravel Framework, MySQL (having handled MIN 100 tables), Javascript

DESIRABLE SKILLS - XML, HTML, HTML5, XHTML, CSS, JSON Parsing, Jenkins, Github, Gitbash, PHP Storm, AWS EC2 instances, Mobile development (Flutter), Node JS, Angular

THE SELECTION PROCESS:

Candidates will go through a 3 stage selection process

Stage 1 – Online Digital Interview where responses will be recorded over video

Stage 2 – An online technical skills assessment test

Stage 3 – A one to one interview over zoom

We would like the entire process to be completed in less than  100 hours for selected candidates
