Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team. The Rehabilitation Counselor will support individuals facing physical, emotional, mental, or vocational challenges by assessing needs, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and providing ongoing counseling and case management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation or treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Coordinate services with medical providers, therapists, employers, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• State licensure or certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (e.g., CRC) preferred or the ability to obtain it.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, or vocational needs.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, resources, and community support systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vocational rehabilitation, disability services, or community mental health.
