We're seeking a qualified HR Executive to recruit a sales executive regarding selling annual car and bike subscription products

that our customers have grown to rely on. We are a growing platform and are required to target customers by hiring more

sales executives daily.

Experience: 0 - 5 years

Job Location: Work from home

Selection process:- HR round & Manager round

Qualification: Graduation

Salary offered: 15k - 25k

Working days: 6 working days (Sundays off)

Shifts: 10:00 am -7:00 pm

Mandatory language: English & Hindi

Laptop: candidates are to use their laptops.

Job Description : Agile Expertise Experience managing requirements in an agile format from discovery through to delivery in an ongoing successful/sustainable model Experience as a scrum master & running Agile ceremonies, keeping stakeholders updated wrt to status Capabilities must include: Definition, importance & role ownership of Ceremonies, Scrum recognized and otherwise.  This would encompass, at minimum, Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo & Retrospective. • We are looking for a Data Engineer to build the next-generation mobile applications for our world-class fintech product.
• The candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimising our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimising data flow and collection for cross-functional teams.
• The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimising data systems and building them from the ground up.
• Looking for a person with a strong ability to analyse and provide valuable insights to the product and business team to solve daily business problems.
• You should be able to work in a high-volume environment, have outstanding planning and organisational skills.

Qualifications for Data Engineer

• Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Experience building and optimising ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets. Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a Data Engineer role, who is a CS graduate or has an equivalent experience.

What we're looking for?

• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and other alternate tools.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySql/Postgres and Mongodb.
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Luigi, Airflow.

At Onecard, we're re-imagining the credit card for a new generation of users. Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a small team of experienced Product Managers who have helped build successful products at companies such as Gaana, Walnut, ICICI Bank among others.

• You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details
• You observe users and talk to them to get insights for building products. 
• You have a nose for great products, and advocate for new features with qualitative and quantitative reasoning
• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration. This is very important as we're rapidly growing. 
• You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

• Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• You’ve spent at least 3 to 5 years in product management, especially working on mobile apps. 
• You’ve built something with 100k+ users in a consumer facing application. If you've built something on your own - a blog or a website, please send us a link. 
• You’ve worked with design teams and software like Figma/Zeplin/Balsamiq. 
• Experience in Fintech and gaming is preferred. Especially working on reward programs.
