Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled React Native Mobile Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense and proven expertise in developing scalable, high-performance mobile applications—especially in the enterprise domain (e.g., sales team apps, sales CRM, purchase modules, and similar solutions). You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling features and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Build and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.

•

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to identify user needs and incorporate feedback effectively.

•

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Follow best coding practices and maintain compliance with organizational guidelines.

•

Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance for speed and responsiveness; troubleshoot and debug to maintain smooth user experiences.

•

Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and other third-party services into mobile applications.

•

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development, ensuring the continuous improvement of apps.

Skills and Qualifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•

Proven experience as a React Native Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market.

•

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

•

Knowledge of mobile app development life cycle, and experience with performance and memory tuning tools.

•

Strong understanding of handling various mobile device capabilities such as GPS, battery optimization, and data connectivity toggles (e.g., airplane mode).

•

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

Your Key Responsibilities

You'll be taking full ownership of end-to-end app development along with

maintaining our accounts on Play Stores and App Store.

Defining the architecture for the App and maintaining it with industry standards.

Improving app performance along with an amazing customer experience.

Working closely with the product team to create a useful application for the

customers.

Prototyping new features and exploring technological solutions to deliver an

amazing experience.

Leverage native APIs for deep integrations.

Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest

quality.

Recommended skills

3+ years of experience of working with React Native.

Experience with Native Android/IOS native is a plus.

Expertise in Live streaming from mobile app is a plus.

Experience with automated testing suites.

Knowledge about Offline Storage, REST APIs, and document request model.

Experience of working on products similar to Instagram, Moz, Hotstar, Mxtaka,

Roposo, Leherapp, Dailyhunt, etc is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills



• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this) Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.
