Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts with strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with exposure to fast-paced E-commerce or Marketplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis
• Perform bank, customer, and GL reconciliations on a regular basis
• Handle month-end closing activities including journal entries and reporting
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with internal controls
• Support preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution of reconciliation gaps
• Assist in audits and provide required financial documentation
• Drive process improvements for AR and closing cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong exposure to AR, reconciliations, and month-end close

Role Summary - 

We are looking for an HR Manager to support and Lead the HR Department in various aspects of HR functions . As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the human resources department in various aspects of HR functions. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, Training and development , performance management, and other HR-related activities. You will work closely with team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies, if required. Conduct reference checks and issue employment contracts.
2. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and completing necessary paperwork. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.
3. Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and promoting a healthy work environment. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
4. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
5. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and generate HR reports as required. Manage employee documentation, such as contracts, leave records, and attendance.
6. Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee training programs. Collaborate with internal trainers or external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of training sessions.

• his role requires someone who will be responsible for executing and managing all activities related to product cataloging & pricing, ensuring all product details and prices on the platform are correct and updated
• The individual should have a sound understanding of Vendor Management, Operations, Attributes of the catalog, Category Knowledge.
