Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in video editing and production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, strong technical skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in editing raw footage into engaging and polished videos.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and other elements to enhance the overall quality of videos.
• Trim and rearrange footage to improve pacing and narrative flow.
• Add music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the storytelling process.
• Color correct and adjust video footage to maintain visual consistency.
• Assist with the organization and management of video assets and project files.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing software and techniques.
• Support the production team during video shoots and other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a film production, digital media, communications, or related program.
