We’re looking to hire a Junior Media Buyer for Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of experience with managing a Meta Ad account. If you’d like to apply for this position, you should be able to quickly and efficiently launch creative tests and scale winning ads for great account performance.

We’re a Silicon Valley backed startup operating in India and selling to the US (currently expanding to other countries). We offer live 1-on-1 yoga and personal training via Zoom with Indian coaches to international clients. Our team is 40+ people, based out of Bangalore (though remote work welcome). We’re a high skilled, fast paced team preparing to scale our company (and ads).

Candidate should be able to:

• Lead creative generation & iteration to improve account performance
• Analyze ad performance through a funnel
• Debug failing ad sets
• Understand how to structure Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads for reliable performance
• Structure an account for both scaling good ads and testing new creatives

Skills:

• Organized - can organize 100s of creative tests, campaigns, naming conventions and document all learnings
• Meticulous - pays attention to every detail of the ad setup to make sure each and every aspect is correct (including complex naming conventions, test across multiple countries)
• Analytical - is great with excel or google sheets, can run complex pivot tables analyzing ad results to find nuances in the results and launch iterative tests based on the learnings
• Creative - can lead efforts to make great images and videos for ads, understands the basics of copywriting and has an eye for design. Ideally you’ve studied many examples of good image and video ads and can lead efforts on that
• Insightful - understands psychology and can leverage this to make ads that resonate deeply with our audience

About the Role:

This position focuses on creating training content for our products, we do need someone with a strong background in education, training, or instructional design, ideally with experience in software training or within SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be able to develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training guides, and videos, while effectively engaging end-users.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

• Software Training & Facilitation – Experience in training end-users on complex software applications, including developing training guides, demos, or simulations.
• Assessment & Evaluation Tools – Familiarity with Questionmark, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or similar for designing and administering quizzes, assessments, and surveys.
• Collaboration & Project Management Tools – Proficiency in platforms like Microsoft SharePoint, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or TFS for coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Content Authoring Tools – Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Audacity, or similar for developing e-learning modules and multimedia content.
• Video Editing Software – Familiarity with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar for creating and editing training videos.
• Virtual Classroom Platforms – Experience delivering live online training using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

• Implement simple solutions to complex business logic that enables our merchants to manage financials, orders and shipments across millions of transactions.

• Translate specs and user stories into reviewable, test covered patches.

Requirements We’re Looking for Someone With:

• Experience working with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django (2-3 years)
• Experience with SQL and databases (Postgres preferred)
• Experience in developing large server side applications and microservices

• Experience with python testing tools (pytest) and test automation
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like GIT

• It is a hybrid role of 60-70% UX and 40-30% UI design focus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On development of the core components of the Product Platform
• Liaison with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to understand project scope and objectives
• Break-up overall project scope into a manageable set of tasks and help the Project Manager define Sprints
• Own the Technical Design for different components of the Product Platform
• Help the Project Manager develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Develop the product as per design and structure using appropriate technologies meeting the requirements, quality standards and timelines.
• Technical Mentoring of the Team in an effective and efficient manner to uphold quality
• Provide early insights on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress and potential risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field or MCA
• 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with 2-3 years of leading a team
• Strong command over Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, and similar Full Stack technologies
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge for databases like MySQL and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of Git and related strategies like Pull Requests, merging, etc.
• Experience with GoLang preferred
• Exposure to DevOps over at least one Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure in addition to the experience in developing cloud-native applications
• Strong familiarity with software tools like JIRA, Agile, TDD/BDD methodologies, and best practices
• Strong understanding of Algorithms and Design Patterns with proven ability to solve problems creatively
