Job Responsibilities:

• An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executives, primarily focusing on managing schedules, communication, and office logistics.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
• Handle confidential documents and maintain records efficiently.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and projects assigned by the CEO.
• Manage email communication, filter important messages, and draft responses.
• Handle any additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email management.

cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project milestones are achieved within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in automotive engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements: 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in alternative fuel systems or related fields.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.

● Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign project tasks and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

● Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

● Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.

● Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

● Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description:

Mandatory Requirement:

Responsibilities:

* Perform on-site calibration and adjustment of instruments and equipment according to established procedures and specifications.

* Maintain accurate records of calibration activities, including calibration dates, results, and equipment condition.

Qualifications:

* Diploma, ITI, B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or B.Sc. in Physics.

* Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and/or optical systems.

* Familiarity with calibration standards and procedures, such as ISO 17025 (preferable).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in various environments, with a happy-to-travel attitude.
