We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in the role of Agent Development and Business Generation Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, train, develop, and motivate agents to generate business. Incentives will be based on the business procured by both the agents and the individual in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Actively recruit agents to build and expand the sales team.
• Training & Development: Provide continuous training and development to agents to ensure their growth and performance.
• Motivation: Inspire and motivate agents to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
• Business Generation: Generate business both through direct efforts and by supporting agents in their sales activities.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution, delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. 

Team Coordination and Communication: Facilitate coordination among the tech team, customer support team, and management. Conduct regular status meetings, report project progress to the CTO, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. 

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project risks and issues, ensuring risk management processes are followed. 

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, monitor team workload, adjust assignments as needed, and provide guidance and mentorship. 

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Implement and maintain quality control processes, facilitating testing and validation. 

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare project reports, including status updates, performance metrics, and lessons learned. 

Release Management: Plan and coordinate software releases with the DevOps team, ensuring schedules are met and communicating release plans to stakeholders. 

Sprint Planning and Agile Practices: Conduct sprint planning sessions, manage the sprint backlog, and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile best practices are followed. 

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, coordinating and overseeing their work.

Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback with the customer support team, incorporating it into project planning and development. 

Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies, effectively handling project changes and communicating them to stakeholders. 

Performance and Metrics Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 

Training and Development: Identify training needs, arrange relevant training sessions, and support team members' professional development. 

Product Roadmap Alignment: Ensure project activities align with the overall product roadmap, coordinating with management to adjust project priorities. 

Compliance and Standards: Ensure project activities comply with industry standards and regulations, addressing legal or regulatory issues with the Corporate Lawyer - Legal & Compliance. 

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team conflicts promptly, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. 

Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources, adjusting as project needs evolve. 

Risk Reporting: Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, ensuring transparent communication of project risks and mitigation plans. 

Onboarding: Send onboarding emails to new tech team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.

Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• CSM, PSM or similar certification is preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects in an agile or hybrid environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, MS Project.

Person should have 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Java and above-mentioned related technology.

Person should have good Oracle Database knowledge and have good communication skills.

Having work experience in BFSI domain will added advantage

Person needs to work from Mumbai location and also available to join the office

• Acting as a central point and facilitator for all financial reporting
• Helping develop detailed dashboards and KPIs and ensuring robust systems to track and monitor impact, financial and operating information
• Preparing necessary materials and information for the Board
• Ensuring robust governance norms are in place
• Ensuring timely and comprehensive financial reporting to all the funders, as outlined in contracts with funding agencies
• Preparing statements and necessary reports for the investors
• Coordinating with and responding in a time-bound manner to the information requested by investors
• Managing cash flows and treasury functions
• Managing banking relationships
• Developing profit center-wise budgets
• Preparing and maintaining regular financial reports; monthly expense forecast by segment (vs. projections); rolling 3-month cash out-flow forecast
• Maintaining of books of accounts through Tally/ Quickbooks and related activities
• Incorporating profit center wise reporting and analysis in the accounting system to separately track the performance of each activity against budget/projections
• Conducting all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset verification, and corporate/overhead cost allocation
• Ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting
• Preparing of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements
• Managing payroll and employee reimbursements
• Assisting in computing taxes and preparing tax returns (TDS, GST, Professional Tax, etc.)
• Reviewing and streamlining the financial, reporting, and compliance functions
• Developing and documenting robust accounting policies and procedures
• Ensuring maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures, at all times
• Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors
• Managing preparation and support of all internal and external audits
• Participating in HR Administration in areas such as PF, offer letters, increments, appraisals, insurance policies, etc
• Managing the company’s assets, leases, and insurance coverage
• Reviewing all agreements and MoUs and appraise the management about any financial liability, prior to commitments made and signatures by authorized signatories
• Overseeing Admin, vendor, and office management to manage various facets of business – travel, corporate gifting, printing & stationery, etc

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years of experience that is relevant to the above role
• Experience in a startup is preferred
• Good understanding of, interest in, and aptitude for financial accounting, business, and financial analysis, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, business awareness, and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work with tight timelines

Total Exp: 4-8 years

Minimum 1+ year experience in .Net Core is a must

Mandatory skills:.net Core, Web API, Entity Framework & Database(SQL server)

• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions for above skill set.
• Design, code and test new Web Software applications.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects and enhance functionalities.
• Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Prepare action plans and identify areas for modification and improvement.
• Develop skills in new technologies.

• Mandatory skills: Spring boot, Hibernate, Microservice
• Strong Java skills including Java 8 features

• Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge

• Experience in working with data-driven RESTful APIs using web frameworks like SpringBoot,etc.
