This is a fulltime onsite trainer cum developer role. To prepare placement students with the technical knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed in campus recruitment drives, technical interviews, and entry-level job roles in the industry.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: 7th Floor, APMC Krushi Bazaar, 704, Ring Rd, beside North Extension, Sahara Darwaja, Vijay Nagar, Begampura, Surat, Gujarat 395003

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience: 2-4 Years in the IT Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and pursue leads to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and propose IT solutions.
• Negotiate and close contracts effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent from a premier institute.
• 10+ years of strong design/development experience in building massively large scale distributed internet systems and products.
• 6+ years' experience leading engineering teams (including a combination of experience hiring, mentoring, managing performance, and providing technical leadership and design guidance).
• Excellent computer fundamentals and problem solving skills
• Excellent data structures & algorithms skills.
• Experience and knowledge of open source software, frameworks and broader cutting edge technologies around server side development in Java and Big Data.
• Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

This role is for a passionate and meticulous Test Engineer, with a strong focus on ensuring better customer experience through hands-on implementation of QA best practices

• Designing test strategies, covering functional and non-functional requirements, planning, execution, reporting and automating
• 100% automation accountability
• Multitask on release deliverables, customer issues, stake-holder management
• Ensuring traceability matrix processes between requirements, test design, test cases artifacts to achieve 100% customer requirements coverage
• Plan and achieve code coverage targets via test design and test automation
• Prompt and meticulous in reporting status of ongoing tasks/deliverables
• Challenging status-quo, responding to opportunities/organization needs, showing proactive accountability with a strong focus on fundamentals of Test engineering

Mandatory skills:

• Deep understanding of SaaS/Web-based applications/ Micro Services architecture
• Strong in fundamentals of Functional and Non-functional testing concepts (Reliability, Stress, Load, Limits, Performance, Scalability, Usability, Security, Configuration/Compatibility, ad-hoc, etc.)
• Automation :
  Selenium (Java) OR
  API testing (Jmeter, RestAssured)
• SDLC, STLC (Agile), JIRA, Defect Life Cycle
• At least 1 - 4 years of experience in tech product companies.
• BE/BTech/MTech graduate

• Defining and documenting best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
• Providing guidance, thought leadership and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies
• Ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design
• Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
• Developing and implementing technical efforts to design, build and deploy AWS applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling and advanced analytics
• Participating in all aspects of the software development life cycle for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
• Troubleshooting incidents, identifying root cause, fixing and documenting problems and implementing preventive measures
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology
• 2+ years of experience as architect, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms
• Experience in several of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytic
• Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists and subject matter experts
• Self-motivation with the ability to drive features to delivery
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good logical sense, strong technical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• AWS certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC    

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science/or related fields or Masters, from a premier college
• 2 to 6 years overall software development experience
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Ability to work with an agile mindset
• Having a polyglot mindset to think beyond one programming language/framework to choose the right tech stack for the right problem and exhibit learnability to pick up new technologies
• Proven working experience in Java development/Python development with reasonable exposure to Python/Java respectively or willingness to learn Python/Java
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms/Python Frameworks
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Good Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Hands on multi-threading
• Experience in the Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (e.g. JDBC, JPA2, Hibernate, Django ORM)
• Experience with test-driven development
