Business Development Executive (BDE/BDM)

Responsibilities: 

• Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted  

sponsorship target for each conference 

• Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference 

• Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required 

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors 

• Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors; • Update the company Maximiser database as required 

• Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached 

• Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities • Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines 

• Delegate administrative functions to assistants where possible 

• Meet with trade and professional organizations and other groups to organize, promote and discuss ICS conference / trade show services 

• Professionally represent ICS at all times.

• Strong closing abilities

• Any experience of SPIN selling would be beneficial

POSITION: Sr. QA Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior QA Engineer with 7 to 10 years of

experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have deep expertise in QA

processes, strong automation skills using Python or equivalent, and the ability to lead quality

initiatives for our core product suite. You won't just be finding bugs — you will be building a

resilient quality ecosystem that leverages modern tools.

SHIFT TIMINGS: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM IST

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases

● Perform Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, & System Testing

● Develop, maintain, and execute Automation Scripts using Python

● Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools

● Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and QA team members

● Lead requirement analysis, test planning, and test case reviews

● Contribute to improving QA processes and automation coverage

● Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional reviews

● Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools; manage triage and

resolution with development teams

● Catch edge cases before they become production issues

● Co-ordination is release processes

Automation Skills:

● Maintain, and extend robust Automation Frameworks ( PyTest / Selenium) for UI and

backend services as well as design patterns, and CI/CD integration

● Monitor nightly automation runs, troubleshoot defects

● Ability to design, extend, debug, and maintain test frameworks independently

API and Database Testing:

● Perform contract testing and functional validation of REST APIs using Postman or similar

tools.

● Write complex SQL queries to validate data pipelines, migrations

Qualifications:

● Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts

● Experience in writing Test Cases and Test Scenarios

● Experience in Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)

● Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

● Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a 'break-it' mentality

● Good communication skills — ability to articulate quality risks to non-technical

stakeholders

● Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive in driving quality culture

● Strong team player with empathy to help developers 'fix-it'

● Exposure to Agentic AI testing frameworks

In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot Complex / escalated network issues

• Participate in Major Incident Management conference calls and associated bridge-lines

• Work on tickets escalated from Tier 2 Support

• Work on incidents in accordance with Integrated Operations Manage Incident Process Configuring of network devices (on back of break fix)

• Work with Advanced technology functions (priority support) / Cisco TAC

• Work like an SME for the entire network infra of the bank suporting technologies like routing/switching/F5/Firewalls/Proxies.

• Mentor / train tier-1 / tier-2

• Open Change controls and emergency break-fix Change Records

• Engage Cisco (NOC and HTTS) Support

• Work on Sniffer/ Infinistream capture

• troubleshoot issues related to Firewalls/Load Balancers/Proxy appliances

• Work with vendors / vendor escalations (on complex issues)

• Functionally aligned to the manager and work closely

Desired Qualifications:

Must Have Banking experience

• 6+ years of network support experience in NOC Operations or similar environment.

• Excellent understanding on Routing & Switching concepts (RIP / OSPF / BGP)

• Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages. Resolve Large admin/Enterprise issues for the bank.

• Extensive hands on experience in all Cisco Routers / Switches / Wireless devices; Cisco / Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, IP subnetting, Layer 2-4 stack understanding, VoIP, QoS, MPLS, SDWAN

• Experience on Arista hardware is a plus.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills and communication skills.

• Ansible knowledge is a plus

• Mandatory - CCNA and (At least one CCNP Level Test Completed, CCNA Specialties, F5, MCSE)

As a Software Engineer - Frontend you’ll be part of the Frontend team, implementing beautiful web designs made by our designers to keep both our site and the internal web-based tools we use fresh and up to date on top of working on new projects alongside this, there is always something new and interesting to work on.

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience

• A proven track record of programming high quality and innovative web pages using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 and relevant frameworks (ideally ReactJS but could also be others e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Handlebars, jquery, gulp)

• An excellent working knowledge of various programming languages, databases and scripting tools including at least one of bash, MySQL, CouchBase, Python, Java, C#, JSP, PHP
