About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to build, manage, and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. The role involves deploying product updates, handling production issues, implementing customer integrations, and leading DevOps best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain production-grade infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
• Deploy application updates, patches, and bug fixes across environments.
• Handle Level-2 support and resolve escalated production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Build automation tools and scripts to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and reporting systems.

Queue Systems – Kafka / RabbitMQ (15%)

Storage Systems – SAN / NAS (15%)

• Ensure backup, recovery, and data availability.

Database Knowledge (5%)

• Working experience with Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager with strong hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, deployments, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Shell Scripting, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Terraform, and production DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps engineering team.

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS / Azure / GCP.

• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration automation using Ansible.

• Manage Docker and Kubernetes based environments.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell/Bash Scripting and Python.

Job Requirements 

Required Experience 

5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps, release engineering, or deployment 

management. 

Strong expertise in Salesforce deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines. 

Significant hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools: Gearset, Copado, 

Flosum. 

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and development lifecycle. 

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
