A bit about you

We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs. You will serve as the operational anchor of GroundTruth’s Product Organization, working closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to align on strategy, execute delivery, and manage dependencies. This role demands strong program management acumen, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and a deep understanding of Agile practices. You will be the delivery arm of GroundTruth’s Product Organization, closely engaged with their Engineering peers and actively participating with oversight on scheduling, management of dependencies, and orchestration of cross-functional engineering teams to launch new products and solutions successfully. You are strong communicators, comfortable in technical conversations, and take ownership of decisions informed by constraints in time, scope, budget, and staffing resources. You are highly organized professionals who are adept at balancing deadlines without sacrificing quality.

You will:

● Work closely with your Product Owner and Engineering Lead peers to deliver complex technical products and solutions.

● Own and orchestrate work breakdown, sequencing, task assignment, and scheduling of multiple work streams required for the delivery of those initiatives;

● Organize and maintain a calendar with dependencies to keep engineering teams unblocked and on schedule.

● Coordinate cross-functionally to manage dependencies with other Product Owners and Engineering teams;

● Own detail-level design deliverables (in close partnership with our design team) to provide functional specs for evelopment;

● Take ownership of value engineering initiatives to deliver cost-conscious solutions.

● Iterate on existing solutions to provide continued maintenance/monitoring of key products;

● Manage customer beta periods and lead rollouts for successful delivery.

You have:

● A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

● 6+ years of experience handling product and project teams in the software/tech industry.

● 2+ years of direct program management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

● Proven success delivering projects in the AdTech or Digital Marketing industry.

● Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools (Gantt charts or equivalent).

● Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale initiatives on time, within scope and budget.

● Experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with stakeholders in Product, Design, and Engineering.

● Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Agile are a plus.

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to drive B2B sales in global markets. You will manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads, and close deals while working closely with SDRs and senior sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage with potential clients
• Pipeline & CRM Management – Track sales progress using tools like Salesforce/HubSpot
• Lead Qualification & Outbound Sales – Convert leads into long-term clients
• Collaborate with Sales Team – Work closely with SDRs and Account Managers
• Track & Optimize Sales Campaigns – Ensure consistent revenue growth
• Demo Bookings & Client Engagement – Conduct sales demos and follow up with clients

What We’re Looking For:

Responsibilities:

• The person in this role will lead the development of new business opportunities that supports our overall growth strategy for our Cloud-based software product.
• Lead business growth strategies, identifying opportunities, identifying partnerships and bringing in new clients.
• Build marketing content, and sales collateral, respond to RFPs, quotes etc. in collaboration with the management team and subject matter experts.
• Perform marketing strategies, run email campaigns and apply other techniques to acquire new clients.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions
• Willing to work with extended hours covering multiple time zones.

Requirements:

• Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Software Products, and IT Services with International, Global markets as the main focus.
• Prefer candidates with MBA, MCA or relevant education in technology, marketing or sales.
• Should have extensive knowledge in Software Sales, IT Services, various technologies and market trends. Experience selling SaaS products and selling implementation services is preferred.
• Should have leadership qualities, be highly motivated, be energetic and accountable for owning business outcomes including planning, executing and forecasting.
• Need experience in technology sales, staffing, consulting services, a strong background in business development, and customer relationship.
• Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Should be willing to travel locally in India, the US and other countries as required.
• Should have strong communication skills, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills -ability to turn business requirements into technical concepts and code
• Minimum 3 years experience in NodeJS(at least 3 projects with minimum 1 project as the sole lead developer)
• Deep knowledge of Javascript and Typescript (at least 2 years)
• Should have experiences with NestJS
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile Development
• At least worked in one microservice/cloud project
• Familiar with designing and implementing a CI/CD process (Azure DevOps plus)
• Testing and Documenting should be the day to day practice
• Experience with Azure & Serverless functions is a plus
• Experience with Monorepositories and Nx is a plus
