Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Research, Consumer Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, or Market Research, focusing on understanding user motivations, decision patterns, and digital behavior

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience conducting primary and secondary research, including qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, ethnographic studies, surveys, behavioral experiments, and observational research

Mandatory (Experience 3) : Experience analyzing user behavior patterns, engagement trends, and digital interaction journeys to generate insights that influence product design, feature development, or platform experience improvements

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have exposure to data analysis or data mining of user behavior datasets, combining research insights with behavioral data to identify patterns, anomalies, or opportunities for product innovation

Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong understanding of Behavioral Science principles such as Cognitive Bias, Cognitive Dissonance, System 1 & System 2 Thinking, Decision Science, or Consumer Psychology

Mandatory (Skills 2): Experience in testing concepts, prototypes, or product ideas through usability testing, concept validation, or behavioral experimentation to evaluate user response and product effectiveness

Mandatory (Skills 3): Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights, hypotheses, and recommendations for Product, Design, or Business teams

Mandatory (Skills 4): Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital product journeys, including how users interact with mobile apps or web platforms, though this is not a design role

Role and Responsibilities

1 The primary job of the incumbent is to detail and document all customer impacting processes.

2 He/ She shall also be the domain expert on credit card management system and be the interface for system enhancements as well as testing the functionalities prior to release of those enhancements into production

3  Document all customer impacting processes.

4 Discuss with all stakeholders to lay out the processes for the organisation.

5  Discussion with stakeholders on business enhancements required on Credit Card management system and automation required on satellite systems/ End User computing systems.

6·Business Analysis for enhancements to the Credit Card Management System/ EUC systems.

7 Lead the UAT for Credit Card Management systems/ EUC systems.

8 Define and execute test cases for code and product changes pending implementation.

9 Research transactional data to identify anomalies and facilitate process improvement efforts.

10 Manage/ Control the overall process depository.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

 SKILLS required

·       Deep understanding of the Credit Card life cycle.

·       Deep understanding of Credit Card Management systems (Cardpac, VisionPlus, Any )

·       2/3 years’ experience in a Credit Card Operations/ Service

·       Highly organized with strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant years’ experience considered.

·       Experience with use case development and testing coordination.

·       Knowledge of process analysis and process efficiencies.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The Oracle Cloud Technical - Manager will provide oversight and work as a hands-on manager supporting a team of developers. The Manager will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include: 

• Act as Oracle Technical Lead on projects: leading the architecture, creating technical designs, and leading a team of Cloud technical consultants (Integrations, Reporting & PaaS).
• Provide technical solutions in Oracle Cloud modules and custom development, for the issues raised by the business.
• Understand the Data conversion / migration strategy, gather requirements and propose technical approach.
• Defining new and refining existing solutions using industry best practices for enterprise data management and data integration
• Continuously engage with project managers, Onsite teams to obtain information necessary for a robust solution and smooth delivery.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
• Provide guidance and advice to technical developers to help them improve their technical and professional skills
• Review technical solutions and code to ensure adherence to best practices and to help team achieve industry leading quality and performance of objects assigned to our offshore development center 

Required Experience & Skills

·       Qualified candidates should have a B. Tech or M.C.A degree from recognized universities.

·       6 to 13 years of experience in Oracle Applications that includes 3-4 years of experience in Oracle cloud Technical (Reporting, Integrations and PaaS development).

·       Working knowledge of Oracle Fin, SCM, Mfg modules’ data models and functionality.

·       Must have at least 5 years of hands-on integration experience, with deep understanding of SOAP/REST API and multiple integration platforms.

·       At least 5 years of SQL experience and a strong understanding of interface mechanisms in and out of Oracle Cloud including Web Services and File Based Data Import and Export (FBDI).

·       Must have knowledge of open interfaces, AR Invoices, GL Journal, Projects, Requisitions, PO, Customer, AP Invoices. SCM modules are also required.

·       At least 2 years of experience leading team of 10+ resources, with ability to provide mentorship and training to others.

·       Experience and expertise in writing technical specifications in a Fusion Cloud/Middleware environment.

·       Experience working with customers directly including technical architects, functional consultants and developers.

• Demonstrated and strong experience with Java Development (1.8 and above), Spring Boot, ability to design API and RESTful services, and an understanding of transactions
• Strong experience writing Microservices using Java 1.8 and above.
