Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who can leverage AI-driven testing approaches to improve automation coverage, test reliability, and data generation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend-heavy automation testing, modern automation frameworks, and using AI tools to generate test cases, maintain test scripts, and create synthetic data for testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test frameworks for backend and API-heavy applications.
• Use AI tools to generate test scripts from requirements (e.g., Gherkin/Cucumber-based test generation).
• Implement and maintain self-healing test automation frameworks that adapt to UI changes.
• Develop automated tests using Playwright, Appium, and other modern automation tools.
• Create synthetic test data using AI while ensuring PII compliance.
• Perform backend stress testing and API validation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality and release readiness.
• Continuously improve test coverage, test reliability, and automation efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

Strong Product Designer, UI/UX Designer from a tech/startup environment

Mandatory (Experience 1): 2+ YOE as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer in a tech or product startup environment

Mandatory (Experience 2): Strong hands-on experience in UI, Interaction Designs, Wire-framing, prototyping and Visual Designs

Role and Responsibilities

• As an experienced backend developer, your primary focus will be the development of all

server-side systems

• Administer school admissions procedures and advise parents and members of the public on admission criteria, collate applications for admission, and monitor criteria being applied consistently.

Desired Qualification:

·             Minimum graduate in engineering or post-graduate in science with Safety certification from a reputed institute.

·             Having a qualification in chemical engineering / science is preferred.

·             Minimum 15 years or above work experience in OH&S is mandatory.

·             Experience in the chemical industry, dealing with chemicals, knowledge on chemical compatibility, Hazard & Risk management are essentially desirable.

·             Experience as overall leader for safety at corporate reporting to senior management at corporate driving the various safety leads and the entire safety system is essential
