We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Lead Product Manager with expertise in Auto-Tech (e.g., Spinny, Cars24, Acko, PolicyBazaar, Park+). The ideal candidate will focus on user retention, increasing app engagement, and scaling our products to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

User Retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain users, increase session lengths, and improve app engagement.

Data-Driven Insights: Conduct user behavior analysis and leverage insights to drive product improvements.

UX Optimization: Lead UX enhancements and A/B testing to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide product teams to achieve strategic goals.

Stakeholder Management: Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and alignment on product objectives.

Experience: 0-2 Years

·      Excellent English to enable customer communication (Written and Verbal)

·   Good knowledge of Telecommunication, Vendor portals and Mobility ordering (Wireless and fixed )

·      Need to handle client chats, emails and calls

·      Good knowledge of MS Office

·      Need to have strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

·      Flexible with shift timings and week offs

ROLE/SKILLS:

• Design, estimate, and code new features. This is primarily a coding position.
• Architect new applications, and expand existing ones.
• Collaborate on enterprise architecture with other teams at Internet Brands.
• Investigate and fix production issues.
• Define, document, and enforce engineering standards.
• Perform code reviews of your team members’ work.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in software design discussions.
• Participate in sprint planning and other project management meetings.
• Ensure all code that goes to production is of top quality.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years with object-oriented programming in PHP.
• 4+ years with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Complex SQL queries and database schema design.
• MVC frameworks (Laravel, Yii).
• Experience with modern server components (Memcache, Redis, ActiveMQ, Solr)
• Working in a collaborative team environment using tools like JIRA and Git.
• Consuming and creating web services.
• Stable work history and an ability to collaborate effectively.

The Job

We are looking to launch our solution into the market with the help of a solid Sales Development Representative. 

You would work closely with LocTruth’s founders to understand our solution, identify new opportunities, reach out to potential customers via email and LinkedIn, conduct discovery and demo calls.

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients.
• Rolling out daily emails, calls, and research reports
• Create weekly newsletters, emails to attract clients
• Make outbound calls to drive sales targets which include:
• POCs
• Pilots
• Full-time clients
• Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
• Create ideal customer profiles
• Participate on LinkedIn groups, online tech forums, subscribe to magazines and newsletters of complimentary brands.
• Handling all incoming customer queries on our sales email
• Prepare to be a part of and eventually deliver presentations/demos to potential clients
• Develop a sales funnel, spearhead and be willing to use a CRM platform, and present goals every week to management
• Work with design and marketing to create and execute sales decks, brochures, campaigns and other materials

Requirements

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have 2-3 years of industry experience in selling Data/IT/SaaS products and concepts
• Excited to sell brand-new technology products
• Proficient in English 
• Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results
• Team player who can take responsibility for anything from making a sales pitch to the CEO of a company to showing off your hobbies at a LocTruth team call
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, and have an eagerness to learn.
• This is a remote position for now.
