Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, and Algorithms. The ideal candidate should have at least 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development and be proficient in building scalable and high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Flutter Development:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Ensure high-quality code by following best coding practices, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth user experience.
• App Deployment & Maintenance:
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
• Manage app signing, store listings, and necessary compliance guidelines.
• Monitor app performance, crashes, and bugs using analytics & error reporting tools.
• Database & Persistence Management:
• Work with SQL databases (e.g., SQLite, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to manage data efficiently.
• Implement NoSQL solutions (Firestore, Hive, Shared Preferences, etc.) for local storage.
• Optimize queries for faster performance and better user experience.
• Code Quality & Optimization:
• Write modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Utilize state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
• Perform code reviews and suggest improvements to the development team.
• Collaboration & Agile Development:
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop feature-rich applications.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Maintain proper documentation of code, APIs, and design decisions.

Qualifications:

Primary Skill Set:

5+ years for experience in developing highly scalable, reliable, secure web applications
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Redux, flux, Javascript (preferably TypeScript).
Atleast 1 years of experience in product or SaaS development.
Excellent Team management, communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong CS fundamentals like data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that are faced by JavaScript developers regularily.


Preferable Skillset:

One year of experience using AWS services, such as Lambda, SES, SQS, EC2, RDS, ELB’s and have knowledge of VPC’s (AWS and/or RightScale knowledge a plus.
Proficient with the Webpack,Jest, Eslint, Jenkins, Docker, Enzyme.
Experience designing data persistence and caching concepts using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.) and client side storage
Profile and improve frontend performance

We are looking for a creative, skilled UI developer to design web apps with functionality and aesthetics in mind. The UI developer will work with back-end developers and front-end developers to ensure that the applications are optimized for several devices and presented attractively. To be successful as a UI developer you should have excellent knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. In addition to this, you must work well in a team as there are several individuals involved in the development process.

• Work with other developers to ensure that the web apps are functional and visually appealing.
• Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations.

• Integrating APIs with front-end user interfaces.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write functional requirement documents and guides

• Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and Prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of client-side dynamic and rich UI applications development.
• Hands-on experience in C#, Python, .Net
• Strong hands-on experience in popular frameworks and JavaScript ecosystem – JS, Node, Angular, Jquery.
• Experience in Spark, Hadoop, Scala, and Elastic Search is a plus point.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Experienced in building applications that meet enterprise needs – secure, scalable, loosely coupled design
• Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecting at scale.
• Experience using NPM, Web-Pack, Gulp.
• Familiarity with performance testing and optimization’s.
• Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, and design patterns
• Write robust modular front-end code using the latest technologies, test and optimize it to work for high performance and scale and deploy it to the UiPath cloud platform.
• Work with various horizontal teams such as Structure, Electrical, Mechanical, Accessibility, Legal, and Finance and also interact with other core teams across locations at UiPath
• Own the smooth running of your cloud service or docker service, and respond to live site issues.
• Strong oral and written communication, and other soft skills are critical to collaborating and engaging with teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack and Redux is a must.
• Experience with REST APIs
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Ability to translate designs into code
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

•  6+ years of web UI development experience including 4+ years of deep, hands on experience in building robust, highly reusable and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS3, SVG, React, Redux, Thunk ecosystem
• Great problem-solving skills with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Strong ability to translate the design/wireframes into reusable micro components
• Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring junior developers with good delegation and time-management skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and has extensively worked with Redux, Thunk, Axios etc
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Oauth2 etc
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for perfection, benchmarking and optimization
• Writing and maintaining batch jobs to streamline processes (Shell, Perl etc).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development processes and practices
