Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our EdTech products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and building long-term relationships with students, parents, schools, or institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, field visits, and digital platforms
• Counsel students/parents or institutional clients on suitable courses and solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (online/offline)
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Stay updated with EdTech products, course offerings, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales (EdTech experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2C/B2B EdTech sales
• Knowledge of online learning platforms and digital education
• Experience handling students, parents, or institutional clients

The opportunity we are looking for a MEAN Stack developer to manage the frontend, backend and server-side of our Product. We are looking for someone passionate about performance, reliability, and design with the experience and credentials to back up that passion. Someone who can take ownership of applications, work on responsive design and solve technical challenges and take pride in their solutions and code. The person should be able to translate the business requirements into world-class code.

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Build the front-end and back-end applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective REST APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Provide technical expertise and leadership for Web Technology
• Provide design feedback to our design team
• Be responsible for end-to-end development and support cycle
• Provide client-facing presentations and support as needed.

• Strong knowledge and working exposure on the MEAN stack.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate technologies and solutions which help the team achieve deliverables and results.
• Working with business process analysts and technical leads to derive conceptual designs and solutions.
• Assisting project managers with sizing estimates and work-breakdown structures.
• Develop and unit test software within teams of varied sizes and geographical distributions.
• Benchmarking and load testing developed modules and integrated applications.
• Assisting quality assurance team in the conduct of solution testing.
• Documenting software specifications and requirements.
• Working with infrastructure teams to define and establish application environments and implementation of software applications.
• Provide post-implementation support for developed software applications and solutions.

• Knowledge of General Open System / Distributed systems platforms
• Knowledge of cloud service like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience in developing and implementing Restful APIs
• Good understanding of Network ports/Transfer protocols.
• Ability to process/analyze large amounts of data and logs.
• UI and Backend Development experience (Full stack).
• 6+ years of experience in software development within Linux environment; with a strong focus on development using JAVA, Javascript, C and BASH shell & Python scripting.
• Experienced in structured and agile development methodologies.
• Experienced in load testing and benchmarking tools such as JMeter, Loadrunner, etc.
• Experienced in Linux-based database technology and versed with stored procedures.
• Experienced in web services developments using XML, SOAP, JSON.
• Knowledge of application security setup using common security standards like SSL, TLS, secured ciphers, etc.
• Experienced with software versioning control using GIT.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related
• Minimum 4 years of experience

• Experience of providing technical leadership in the Big Data space (Hadoop Stack like Spark, M/R, HDFS, Pig, Hive, HBase, Flume, Sqoop, etc. Should have contributed to open source Big Data technologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Experience in visualizing and evangelizing next-generation infrastructure in Big Data space (Batch, Near Real-time, Real-time technologies).
• Passionate for continuous learning, experimenting, applying, and contributing towards cutting edge open source technologies and software paradigms
• Strong understanding and experience in distributed computing frameworks, particularly Apache Hadoop 2.0 (YARN; MR & HDFS) and associated technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and its components (Streaming, SQL, MLLib)
  Operating knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, especially EMR, EC2, S3, SWF services, and the AWS CLI)
• Experience working within a Linux computing environment, and use of command-line tools including knowledge of shell/Python scripting for automating common tasks

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Science with a consistent academic record (Preferably more than 70%)
• Oracle-certified DBA with 3+ years of DBA experience
• Oracle 12c and 19c experience is a must.
• Experience in Performance Tuning and Query Optimization is a must.
• Expertise and development experience in PL/SQL and SQL
• Experience in Oracle installation, upgrade backup, and recovery methods.
• Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Track record of delivering quality work on time and ability to expand own expertise.

• Good experience in Ad-Hoc testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, Re-testing, Smoke testing, running Selenium automated tests for 3+ years.
• Knowledge in Selenium and Java.
• Good exposure to Non-functional testing
• Very good at completing the assigned testing tasks on time.
• Ability to learn and implement quickly.
• Prepare detailed defects report.
• Good communication skills and documentation skills.
• Good to have knowledge in both Web application and Mobile application testing, test management tool, defect management tool and test metrics.
