About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team and build high-quality, scalable products. You’ll design intuitive user interfaces, leverage modern AI coding tools, and mentor junior engineers. Our tech stack includes React, Django, Go, and SQL databases, but we prioritize strong fundamentals and the ability to quickly learn any framework. This is an in-office role, requiring you to work from our office location.

DevDarshan is a devotional platform launched by IIT graduates to promote the teachings of Indian culture and the Hindu way of life in India around the world. In the 21st century, where everything around is digitized then why not temples. That’s the idea behind DevDarshan.We’ve built a community of devotees from multiple Countries, through our Mobile Application that connects Temples and Devotees, have successfully raised seed investment and also started to generate revenue for the temples and Priests associated with us. Requirement:

• Solid understanding and Proven working experience of Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI, and animations.
• Extraordinary sense of architecture, design, and writing clean code using reusable components
• Should have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS
• Experienced in working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Should have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
• Experience working in an agile development process

The Role

This role is a senior developer role which will naturally progress into a Mobile App Team Lead role.

The ideal candidate will need to have complete ownership over the development aspect of the mobile app.

1.      Experience Requirements

Essential

·      10+ years of experience of Maintaining and Managing a Window Infrastructure environment

·      10+ Years of experience of MS Server, MS Clustering, Active Directory Services, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA, Federation

·      8+ years of experience of Exchange Server

·      5+ years of experience of Cloud infrastructure technology such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Office 365.

·      5+ Previous experience within an Infrastructure Management role.

Desirable

·      Exposure to virtualisation technologies VMWare and HyperV

·      Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as Citrix

2.      Knowledge Requirements

Essential

·      10+ years of knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and above.

·      10+ years of knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy

·      8+ years of knowledge of MS exchange 2013 and above

·      5+ years of knowledge of HLD/LLD design exposure

·      5+ years of knowledge of AWS, Azure Administration

Desirable

·      Knowledge of Citrix thin client & digital workspace.

·      Knowledge of System Centre suite applications.

·      Knowledge of patch management solution

3.      Skill and Competency Requirements

Essential

·      5+ years administration of maintaining an enterprise windows environment

·      5+ years of experience of installing, configuring & supporting windows server, both on premise and in the cloud.

·      5+ years of experience of automation techniques/tools using Powershell.

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Oral & Written).

·      Ability to work independently in a team.

·      Good adaptability and flexibility.

·      Confidence and decision making.

Desirable

·      Good level of analytical skills to identify, isolate, troubleshoot, and suggest/recommend solutions.

Opportunity:

Create a consumer facing front end application that will be used by millions of users. 

What you will do:

• Develop our mobile apps using Swift/ObjectiveC.
• Work with backend, frontend, and other developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will constantly evolve.
• Work with our designers and customer success team to create a seamless user experience.
• Respond to support team tickets as needed to resolve bugs and issues.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

3-5 years with technical hands-on experience in building a consumer mobile app. You must have shipped an app to the stores.

Technical Expertise:

• 3-5 years experience with iOS native apps.
• Strong knowledge of Swift and ObjectiveC.
• Strong command of JavaScript ES6.
• Know how to build (fairly) complex layouts without using any CSS frameworks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills using data structures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bias for action shipping quality code quickly.

• Build close relationships with important stakeholders such as experts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), government and regulatory bodies, medical and other industry associations Ensure strong network with hospitals, and other external partners and organizations

• Work with the operations team to develop and support the implementation of strategies to help build a sustainable organization
• Understand business and evolving organizational priorities from onboarding/collaboration perspective
• Drive business results through supporting the business plans, identify local growth opportunities and support ongoing commercial activities - Act as the custodian for knowledge related assets of products or services, and sales performance by setting up effective communication with HCPs in order to effectively disseminate information to the relevant entities
• Ensure the creation and development of a high-performance team (in coming months)
• Building good relationships with the HCPs, Handling HCPs queries

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), demonstrated experience in data presentation, ppt making, strong management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial, self-motivator, and a team player with an understanding of the big picture.
• Exposure to working in the same domain is a must.
