As a Data Automation Intern, you will be focusing on researching and developing tools and workflow that automate some parts and processes of our business automation. Since business automation is important throughout the firm, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams across Springer Capital. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and web scraping tools.    
• Clean and process raw data to ensure it is accurate and consistent.     
• Analyze data to extract insights using computational tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python.   
• Communicate insights in a clear and concise manner with the manager alongside your progress.    
• Implement solutions based on insights you discovered to improve Springer Capital business’ processes or solve problems for client. 

 Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to social sciences, human resources, business, statistics.

• Analytical and Business Software Skills: Proficiency in business software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with a strong preference of knowledge and experience in data analytics  

Description

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing automated test suites, ensuring product reliability, and maintaining QA best practices across the development lifecycle.

This is a hands-on, in-office role based in Coimbatore, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with developers and product teams to identify issues early and ship stable features faster.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for web and API testing Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure quality from day one Detect, report, and track software bugs using issue tracking tools Contribute to improving QA processes, test strategy, and automation frameworks Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and test documentation Ensure that every release meets our quality standards and user expectations

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java) Knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control (e.g., Git) Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work from our Coimbatore office full-time

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into automated workflows Familiarity with performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) Exposure to agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams Knowledge of mobile application testing (iOS/Android)

What kind of work will you get?

We are looking for a Python developer.

Examples of technical tasks:

Working on our backend SDK to implement APIs that will be consumed by the frontend widgets

Designing APIs for different auth recipes

Architecting auth flows

You will also be given non technical tasks like product brain storming, competitor analysis and writing documentation.

Requirements

Well versed in Python with 2+ years of professional experience

Familiar with and comfortable working with Web frameworks like FastAPI, Django and Flask

Familiar with HTTP networking in Python

Strong understanding of async and sync modes in Python

Bonus:

Contributed to open source, or have your own open source repo with a community and many github stars

Built an in-house authentication or authorization solution or worked with solutions such as Keycloak, Auth0, Ory, Okta etc

We are Urgently Hiring for Senior Software Engineer( Dot Net Developer )

Skills Required :

 BS degree in Computer Science, or Math or Engineering or equivalent

 At least 5 years of application development experience in C#, http://asp.net/" target="_blank">ASP.Net and SQL Server.

 Demonstrated ability to write SQL queries and use of Microsoft SQL Server database tables and

connectivity.

 A strong background in programming

 Must be proficient in the following languages and technologies

o .NET

o SQL Server 2016

o JavaScript, jQuery

 Experience with JIRA

 Familiarity with design patterns
