Job Description

Position: SAP S4 HANA

Education Qualification: CA OR MBA in Finance

Experience: 

• 8-12 years of experience as an accountant in NON- Financial services sector (Should not be financial services, ideally manufacturing, can be other services)
• 2-5 years of minimum experience in the SAP S4 HANA
• Financial services sector experience- DO NOT APPLY PLEASE

Location:  Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai

CTC: 25-40 LPA pa, commensurate with experience

Skill requirement

• Proven experience in ERP implementations (SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle EPBCS, Oracle fusion)
• Strong expertise in finance modules (R2R, FA,AR,AP, Project Accounting, Costing, Margin Analysis)
• Experience with emerging technologies are (RPA, AI) and EPM tools (SC/Anaplan, One stream, Oracle PBCS)

• FICO certification would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure successful integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing financial processes and systems.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for all accounting related processes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new tools.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and consolidation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in finance transformation.

1. HR Coordination:

● Oversee and coordinate interview processes, including onboarding interviewers and conducting Quality interviews.

● Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements of the company.

2. Client Relationship Management:

● Serve as a liaison between Clients/recruiters ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

● Build and nurture strong relationships with client’s HRs/recruiters, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

● Facilitate clear communication between recruiters and clients to streamline processes and resolve issues.

● Build rapport with employees and clients at various organizational levels

● Should have product knowledge and resolve platform issues and impart training.

4. Performance Monitoring:

● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts and take corrective actions as needed.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

● Foster effective communication between internal teams and clients to address queries, concerns, and feedback.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Bachelor/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment or a related HR role.

● Exposure to client interaction or account management is advantageous.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for both HR and client interactions.

● Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.

● Proficiency in MS Suite.
