Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and shape the organization’s HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent strategy, organizational development, and aligning people initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster an inclusive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure legal and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and long-term business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning efforts across the organization.
• Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws, regulatory standards, and HR policies.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, and utilize HR analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, ensuring continuous capability development and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and organizational development frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead change, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR technology platforms, data-driven HR practices, and reporting metrics.

Based on experience, developers will be responsible for building various elements of a music app for an international client. Urgent requirement and immediate joining as project is already underway.

Primary Responsibilities : 

• Manage Software Development project activities for project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Work collaboratively with development team, technical lead and business analyst to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation, including both core and supporting systems.
• Create, manage, monitor and track Project schedules, Project scope statements, Resource plans etc.
• Resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
• Ensure project execution according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
• Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost and quality parameters.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Continually manage stakeholder expectations through project governance processes
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

• 8+ years of experience in application development
• Experience in managing end to end project as a project manager
• Exposure in lending / payment in retail banking
• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture,applications and modules
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other
  tools/systems
• Proficient in all phases of the Application Development
  lifecycle with experience in an agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with

• ServiceNow certifications are preferred
• Experience with Knowledge Base platforms, ideally
  ServiceNow Knowledge Management application is a plus

Qualification: Any Computer (Graduate or Post Graduate)

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in building functional and efficient server-side applications using Python/Django with 2+ years of relevant experience in working with RDBMS.

Responsibilities:

1. Help design and implement functional requirements

3. Integrate front-end components into applications
4. Manage testing and bug fixes
5. Prepare technical documentation
6. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code
7. Coach junior team members

Skills Required:

1. Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, FastAPI)
2. Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies
3. Excellent understanding of REST API Development and HTTP Methods
4. Understanding of databases and SQL
5. Good experience in working with RDBMS
6. Good understanding of computer science fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, memory management, performance.
7. Knowledge of web stack - javascript, html, web frameworks like React.js is a plus
8. Good understanding of Good Troubleshooting experience and exposure
9. Ability to work with Jr engineers, mentor, guide and help them
10. Enjoys coding and problem solving
11. Good communication skills. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
12. Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
