Required Skills
● Thorough understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds.
● Excellence in at least one Javascript framework like Angular 4+ (preferred), React.
● Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, lazy
loading, dom optimizations, and AJAX.
● Good understanding of decoupled architecture and single-page applications
● Diligence for coding standards
● Must be good with git and git workflow
● Experience with web engagement tools like mix-panel or amplitude is a plus.
● Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
● Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
● Understanding of build tools like grunt/gulp / webpack
● The person would be a part of the product engineering team and would be responsible
for creating high-performance applications with loads of data and intuitive interfaces.

• - Contribute to a full development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support.
• - Work closely with the existing team to learn the current application architecture, design and understand its functionalities and complexities.
• - Bridge the gap between graphic design and backend technical implementation
• - Build modular, responsive templates using modern CSS techniques
• - Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
• Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies.

• - 2+ years of industry experience as a Front End Developer Engineer
• - Degree in Computer Science or related field
• - Experience with developing web and mobile applications
• - Extensive knowledge HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery / Bootstrap / ReactJS, AngularJS
• - Strong experience in JSON/XML and REST/SOAP based Web Service based integration.
• - Experience (mandatory) with working Web Framework versions with exposure to creating components and handling AJAX calls.
• - Good to have knowledge in JIRA, GIT.
• - Strong knowledge of Client-Server Architecture.
• - Basic Proficiency with Python or relevant back-end scripting language

We are seeking Junior UI/UX Developers to join delivery team at Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible to translate UI / UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. Your job is to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Proficient with Chrome Developer Tools.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Restful API services.

Experience in using performance, analytics and UX tools.

Experience with pull request process and contributing to OSS on github.com.

Experience with unit testing frameworks Mocha and Chai.

Experience with Jenkins.

Must have skills:

1. At least 1+ years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications
2. Must be proficient with JavaScript
3. Must be good in React/Redux/Middleware (Thunk, Saga)/Typescript and advance concepts
4. Should be good in Data structure and algorithms
5. Should be good in basic programming concepts
6. Should have code optimization skills and should be able to integrate REST APIs
7. should have experience in building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
8. should have experience in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
9. Knowledge of Angular and Node.js is a plus
10. Should be willing to work in startup
11. Should have experience of building responsive websites
