About the Role

Aertrip is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visuals, expertise in motion graphics and video editing, and the ability to create engaging digital content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and videos for digital campaigns, social media platforms, ads, and website usage
• Create high-quality graphic designs including banners, promotional creatives, and marketing assets
• Edit videos for ads, reels, short-form content, and brand promotions
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to convert ideas into impactful visual stories
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication
• Ensure strong execution of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Optimize creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads

Must-Have Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
• Ability to design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and ads
• Strong creative storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles

Good to Have

• Experience in the travel or OTA industry
• Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and short video formats
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines

 Listening to our B2B Customer’s concerns and handling product related complaintsor

queries on TAT basis.

 Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.

 Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.

 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives withinthe time

limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

 Actively listen to the concerns with a Solution Oriented approach.

 Manage transactions over CRM

About the team: Central Design Team

Our Central Design team is responsible for all the Product Design and Research work related to various products. The team mainly looks at the design of the our consumer app and the products in the Merchant Ecosystem comprising of the EDC and POS Devices, the Golden Gate app (the FSE ecosystem), the Unified Merchants Portal (UMP), Net Banking Panel, different deltas and various products are aligned with each of the Deltas.

About the role:

As a product designer, you will be in a fast paced environment, and your day-to-day tasks will consist of engaging with product managers and other stakeholders, to understand the requirements and creating well designed flows, high and low fidelity prototypes,and visual interfaces for a good user experience. You will use your knowledge of design, expertise and skills to design products for these specific responsibilities assigned to you.

Expectations/Requirements:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business and feature requirements.

· Translate requirements from the PRDs into concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.

· Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

· Request and drive user research/usability tests as needed. Collaborate with all stakeholders on high fidelity interactive prototypes, design validation and improvement.

· Work with development team to ensure high quality designs are fully actualised.

· Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and software developers.

· Staying up to date with the latest trends in product design.

· Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

· A degree in design, or equivalent experience in Design. Minimum 8+Yrs of Industry experince.

· Professional experience in User Experiences on web and mobile applications.

· Have worked in a product company ecosystem.

· Deep understanding of design processes and research methodologies.

· Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.

· Proficient with the tools in Design and Prototyping (Figma / Sketch).

What You’ll Do

• Should be able to develop an application with vanilla Javascript without any frameworks.
• Maintain reusable code and improve code quality.
• Optimize application for maximum speed.
• Should take ownership and work closely with other teams. such as back-end.

Who you are

• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript.
• Should have good knowledge on ES6.
• Understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Should be proficient any of the the frameworks  ReactJs, VueJs etc.
• Should have knowledge on Node Js.
• Should have hands on experience web component development.
• Good understanding of Responsive Web Designing, CSS media queries and Bootstrap library.

• Lead the engineering effort across projects 
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages including Application Architecture, Design and Development

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowlegde of cloud and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, Azure). Cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Graph databases like Neo4j is desirable.
• Proficient in Git and CI-CD frameworks
• Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions
