We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead

Primary anchor channel: SEO. Secondary: content, outbound lead gen, analytics, CRO, competitor intelligence. Paid ads are supportive, not primary.

Location: Bangalore, in office. 

Budget: INR 8-15 lakh CTC

Level: Senior individual contributor, 4-6 years of experience ideal.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 4-6 years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing
• At least 2 years doing SEO-led growth specifically, not just content writing or social media
• Has worked at a funded SaaS startup or a serious agency with SaaS clients
• Has owned a full funnel at least once, not just executed one channel under someone else

Skills: Must-Have

• Strong hands-on SEO: intent mapping, topical clusters, technical SEO, backlinks
• Content strategy and editing (written English strong enough for US audiences)
• GA4 and Google Search Console fluency (can build dashboards and read data)
• Cold outbound execution with modern tools (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead)
• Competitor teardown ability (SEO, positioning, pricing)
• AI-native: uses Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity daily for research, content acceleration, workflow automation

Skills: Good-to-Have

• Paid ads literacy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) - enough to brief an agency
• HubSpot or similar CRM configuration
• CRO experimentation experience
• Basic familiarity with SQL, Zapier, or no-code automation
• Experience with programmatic SEO at scale

Roles & Responsibilities -

·        Manage administrative functioning of the factory and ensure that all departments are fully functional

·        Maintain attendance reports of staff, contract labors, supervisors, etc; and thereafter prepare payroll

·        Act as an overall representative of the management in overseeing administration and other

activities such as purchase, store, maintenance, and miscellaneous works

·        Daily reporting directly to the director with on ground activities of different departments

·        Coordinate with different heads such as production manager, dispatch manager, store incharge, purchase incharge, accounts manager and create synergy to achieve the desired goals set by the management

·        Act as an on-ground lead on various process improvement projects initiated by the management

·        Assist the management in hiring of personnel

• Acting as a central point and facilitator for all financial reporting

• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, business awareness, and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work with tight timelines

• Create a brand and positioning strategy for the company. Own key P&L goals including TVL, User acquisition, and # users across multiple chains
• Segmentation, targeting, and acquisition strategies across user segments and channels
• Design and implement company brand strategy on social media, including Twitter, Discord, Medium, and Telegram
• Build and execute communications campaigns across different Proof of Staking chains that tell the company story to multiple audiences
• Work with influencers, community to expand the audience and widen the reach of the company
• Design community development and engagement strategies. Manage community managers and implement community strategy

Essential Skills & experience:

• Goal-driven, Structured thinker and Operator
• Experience with Community building across social media
• 1-3 years in growth marketing or product marketing, preferably with experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Multiple languages is a plus.
• Prior community management experience is a plus
