Job description

Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements

Design, develop and implement new templates, components, and responsive web pages/sites in Sitecore to support the expansion of the core Sitecore platform

Carry out the development of the assigned project adhering to the engineering standards/best practices, committing to the agreed timeline, and ensures quality metrics are met

Diagnose and solve common problems related to Sitecore implementation

Provide consulting and technical guidance to the Digital Production Team including System Integrators/Service Providers on the Sitecore CMS platform

Responsiblity-

4+ years of industry experience in developing web based applications using ASP.NET/C#, MVC

Bachelors of Computer Science or a related field is required

Extensive experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) architecture

Knowledge of Sitecore Templates, Layouts, Components, Dynamic Bindings, Sitecore API, Rendering

Experience with serialization tools such as TDS (Team Development for Sitecore) or Unicorn

Proficient in JavaScript, XML, XSL, XSLT, XHTML

Proficient in integration patterns with a Lucene, Search, Commerce package, Payment Gateways or other platforms

 Supervise customer service team, including coaching, training and daily assignments of

customer service agents; responsible for providing feedback of the agents to the agency

and for course corrections

 Liaise with customer service agency project manager, ensuring efficient communication

channels are put in place between Mobile App team and customer agency. 

 Develop policies and procedures. Prepare a playbook that customer service agents follow to

resolve customer inquiries, including workflows and SOPs. Policies and procedures must

balance satisfying customer needs and supporting the goals of the organization. This would

include constant review and revision as customer needs change and the business evolves.

 Ensure that customer service agents are equipped with an up-to-date repository of responses.

 Respond to customer queries, as needed.

 Responsible for configuring and managing HubSpot dashboard, with the goal to fulfill data &

analytics requirements from different stakeholders.

 Lead/Facilitate meetings with different stakeholders at regular intervals to ensure relevant data

is being effectively communicated to the various departments as needed. 

 Serve as point person for product team to provide future enhancements, bug fixes etc /

back communication from stakeholders. Be the voice of the customer advocating for

changes most requested/needed.

Job description:

We are looking for a PBI Analytics Lead responsible for efficient Data Visualization/ DAX Queries and Data Modeling. The candidate will work on creating complex Power BI reports. He will be involved in creating complex M, Dax Queries and working on data modeling, Row-level security, Visualizations, Data Transformations, and filtering. He will be closely working with the client team to provide solutions and suggestions on Power BI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurate, intuitive, and aesthetic Visual Display of Quantitative Information: We generate data, information, and insights through our business, product, brand, research, and talent teams. You would assist in transforming this data into visualizations that represent easy-to-consume visual summaries, dashboards and storyboards. Every graph tells a story.
• Understanding Data: You would be performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. You would be mining large datasets to determine its characteristics and select appropriate visualizations.
• Project Owner: You would develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions, and would be continuously reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems. You would also contribute to the overall data analytics strategy by knowledge sharing and mentoring end users.
• Perform ongoing maintenance & production of Management dashboards, data flows, and automated reporting.
• Manage upstream and downstream impact of all changes on automated reporting/dashboards
• Independently apply problem-solving ability to identify meaningful insights to business
• Identify automation opportunities and work with a wide range of stakeholders to implement the same.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of work experience as an Analytics Lead / Senior Analyst / Sr. PBI Developer.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of PBI Visualization and Data Modeling with DAX queries
• Experience in leading and mentoring a small team.

• Insurance P&C and Specialty domain experience a plus
• Experience in a cloud-based architecture preferred, such as Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, etc.
• Strong understanding of ETL fundamentals and solutions. Should be proficient in writing advanced / complex SQL, expertise in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries required.
• Strong experience in Python/PySpark and Spark SQL
