Job Description :

Position Name: Network Software Developer

Experience: 4 to 8 Years 

Work Mode: Work from Bangalore office (near Bellandur) all 5 days. 

Mandatory: 

1. 4+ years of work experience in Networking domain. 
2. Highly proficient in C and Linux environment.
3. Experience in working on Linux based large code base. 
4. Hands-on experience in working OpenWrt based router firmware. 
5. Hands on experience with IP and lower layer networking protocols.

Great to Have: 

• Experience in working on Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets. 
• Experience in Linux device drivers and device trees.
• Experience in creating and applying Linux kernel patches.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in HR administration and operations processes.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
• Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
• Conduct training sessions and workshops
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Collaborate with management team on strategic HR planning
• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.

• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Office, and HRIS software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Technical background with an HR certification is a plus.

Job description:

• Handling all fresh inquiries by making outbound phone calls answering basic queries, and xing their appointments with Counsellors of Organization

• These would be all the leads who have already inquired about the courses at Organization through various media. The calls would NOT be cold calls to random data.

• Follow up calls to all these inquiries as required.

• Update the details on CRM and other systems used by the company

• Submit daily activity report to immediate superior

Desired Profile:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, counseling skills required

• Should be target oriented, focused, proactive, and keen learner (one who reads or is constantly learning and upgrading his or her knowledge base

• Knowledge and experience working with web application frameworks such as Angular, AngularJS, or React and related frameworks such as Ionic.
• Familiarity with FHIR APIs and experience working with REST APIs.
• Experience working on full-stack projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• 2+ years experience in application development
