Job Role: HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Experience Level: Fresher

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site).

Requirements we seek:

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Familiarity with fundamental HR concepts (Prior experience in the same domain is a plus).

employee information and HR matters.

Work Responsibilities:

● Talent Acquisition: End-to-end lateral hiring (Creative and Technical Roles).

● Sourcing: Creating a talent pipeline and employing various sourcing strategies.

● Stakeholder Management: Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, align on job specifications, and continuously improve the recruitment process based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

 Analyze customer requirements, market demand, and competitor activities.

 Conduct techno-commercial presentations and negotiations with clients.

 Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order closure.

 Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals and pricing strategies.

 Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

 Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve commercial or technical concerns.

 Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.

 Travel for domestic and international client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows.

We are seeking a disciplined, serious, and highly skilled Lead JavaScript Engineer with hands-on experience in SvelteKit and Generative AI (RAG & MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5 Software Developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain web and native applications.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG & MCP).
• Manage authentication, security, and DevOps pipelines.
• Enforce disciplined coding practices, processes, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript mainly with JS Framework of SvelteKit is must.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG & MCP).
• Experience leading small teams.
• Deep understanding of web app architecture, security, and DevOps.

Title: Sitecore Developer

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development and writing Unit tests for Mobile Apps
• Excellent designing, debugging and programming skills in an Object oriented programming language like C#, Java, javascript, Swift, Dart etc.
• Experience with Native Mobile development (Android or IOS) and Cross-Platform mobile development (preferably Flutter)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with Engineering/Product/Operations teams to build state-of-the-art ML based solutions for B2B SaaS products. This entails not only leveraging advanced techniques for predictions, time-series forecasting, topic modelling, optimisation but deep understanding of business and product too.

• Apply excellent problem solving skills to deconstruct and formulate solutions from first-principles

• Work on data science roadmap and build the core engine of our flagship CommerceIQ product

• Collaborate with product and engineering to design product strategy, identify key metrics to drive and support with proof of concept

• Perform rapid prototyping of experimental solutions and develop robust, sustainable and scalable production systems

• Apply out-of-the-box, advanced algorithms to complex problems in real-time systems

What we are looking for -

• Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science or Maths/Stats from a reputed college with 4+ years of experience in solving data science problems that have driven value to customers

• Good depth and breadth in machine learning (theory and practice), optimization methods, data mining, statistics and linear algebra. Experience in NLP would be an advantage

• Hands-on programming skills and ability to write modular and scalable code in Python/R. Knowledge of SQL is required

• Familiarity with distributed computing architecture like Spark, Map-Reduce paradigm and Hadoop will be an added advantage

• Strong spoken and written communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in a simple, intuitive manner, write/maintain good technical documentation on projects
