While English-speaking literate India is adequately served by the banks, our focus is on the Bharat - i.e. the next 200 million middle and lower-middle-class Indians who are expected to fuel the demand for financial products.

We are looking for smart Full Stack Javascript Engineers who want to make a difference in the way people consume financial services in India.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Own & build new modules/features end-to-end independently.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

• Proactively discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills

• Master in Vue.js (Nuxt.js) and HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on with TypeScript will be a big plus.
• Hands-on with Tailwindcss will be a plus.
• Experience with modern JS toolchains such as Webpack, Grunt, Bower, and Yeoman.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Open Source enthusiast.
• Comfortable with Test Driven Development.
• Can learn and adapt fast, as well as identifying and solving problems.
• Understanding of Git, SPA, PWA, Docker.

• Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system
• Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
• Writing non-blocking, optimized, reusable and scalable code
•  Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular
•  Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets

Qualification and Experience:

• B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA / PGDCA / M.Sc. (CS) /M.E. / M. Tech
• 4+ years of experience in Web Application and Backend Development
• Proven expertise in testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results
• Experience with AngularJS (v1.x.x) would be a value-add
• Proficient knowledge of Python or any other back-end programming language
• Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented design and development
• Proven expertise in testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results
• Experience in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases would be a value-add
• Knowledge of Microservices, Dockers, Kubernetes
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and/or Amazon Web Services

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build scalable software solutions and to be part of our cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

You should have

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and frameworks including HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript and Vue.
• Knowledge of backend languages and frameworks primarily Node.js

Front-End Engineer - I / II / III

As a Full Stack Engineer at Radical, you will:

• Work closely with all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem - patients, doctors, paramedics and administrators - to conceptualise and bring to life the ideal set of products that add value to their time
• Write code on the front-end, the back-end and anything it takes to solve the problems and delight users both internally and externally
• Build systems which have an extraordinary emphasis on capturing data that can help build better workflows, algorithms and tools
• Work on high performance systems that deal with several million transactions, multi-modal data and large datasets, with a close attention to detail

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Familiarity and experience with writing working, well-documented and well-tested code in at least two of the following: React/Redux (preferred), NodeJS (preferred), Golang and Python
• Proficiency in the features of the language they are using, with knowledge of standards and best practices (Eg: ES2015 and above, Python 3.5 and above, React Hooks/HOC/Redux)
• Knowledge of databases, and familiarity with REST API patterns
• Experience integrating with a wide variety of external tools and services
• Experience navigating AWS and leveraging appropriate services and technologies rather than DIY solutions (such as hosting an application directly on EC2 vs containerisation, or an Elastic Beanstalk)

It’s not essential, but great if you have:

• An established track record of building systems from scratch
• Experience with microservices and decomposition of monolithic architectures
• Proficiency in automated tests
• Proficiency with the linux ecosystem
• Experience in deploying systems to production on cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience in TypeScript
• Meaningful open source contributions
