Backend Developer

We have an immediate requirement for a Java Developer role in the Pune location. Please find the details below:

Role: Java Developer

Experience: 3–4 Years (Mandatory)

Location: Pune

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and robust J2EE applications
• Follow and implement coding standards within the project
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services
• Work in an Agile environment to design and implement new features
• Support team members in resolving technical issues
• Debug and resolve production issues (code/infrastructure)
• Communicate effectively with team members and product management

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Java and JEE internals (Class Loading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc.)
• Expertise in OOPs/OOAD concepts and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Web Services
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and DOM
• Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, and ORM (Hibernate/DAO)
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities

Important Note:

• Interview is scheduled for Monday
• Selected candidates are expected to join by Tuesday or Wednesday

Responsibilities :

• Involved in detailing and implementing user stories.

Requirement

• A Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering or Information Technology. 
• 4-7 years of software development experience with 2+ years of experience with Python programming language. 
• A thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures. 
• An in-depth understanding of the Internet, Cloud Computing & Services, and REST APIs. 
• Must have experience with any one of the Python frameworks like Flask / FastAPI / Django REST. 
• Must know GIT and Python virtual environment. 
• Should have experience with Python requests module. 
• Must know how to use third-party libraries in Python. 
• Knowledge of Python module/library creation will be added advantageous. 
• Familiarity with SIEM tools like the Qradar app / Splunk app and Splunk add-on will be an advantage. 
• Experience working with Linux/Unix and shell scripts.

• B.Tech/B.E(Computer Science/Information Technology) and 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience in Python
• Strong problem-solving skills, Computer science fundamentals, Data structures, and Algorithms
• Knowledge of Databases such as SQL and Nosql

*Performs analysis of functional and business requirements

*Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain data engineering functions performs solution design.

*Applies the company, open source, and 3rd party technologies to highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.

*Introduce new product features and enhance the platform

*Ability to translate business reporting requirements into a production report.

· 3+ years java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

· Hands on experience on Spring boot & Microservices .

· Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing

· Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment.

· Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

Knowledge on Html, Css, React Js, Jquery, Bootstrap or equivalent programming language is added advantage Graduated from Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering colleges Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Experience working in an agile environment Self-quick learner and passionate problem solver Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems Good oral and written communication skills Above all, an insatiable desire and ability to learn
