JD: We are currently looking for a Accountant to join our growing team at our Mumbai - Kayan/ Ullasnagar office.

Accountant – Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable – process vendor invoices, issue invoices, track payments.
• Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce or CA
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in tools like Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
• Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

• Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver results aligned with client goals.
• Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored SEO solutions.
• Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential clients and collect contact data for outreach.
• Develop and implement robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Optimize content, websites, and landing pages for search engine visibility and performance.
• Continuously discover and optimize for high-performing keywords. Build and maintain high-quality, natural backlinks to improve search rankings and domain authority.
• Analyze competitor websites and digital strategies to identify SEO growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the graphics, content, and SEO teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for articles and blog posts to support organic growth.
• Monitor and evaluate search engine performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with web developers and the broader marketing team to implement SEO best practices.

Job Responsibilities :

• Must have knowledge of at least two PHP frameworks out of Laravel, Cakephp, CodeIgniter and YII.
