Role & Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Negotiation: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate local rates to meet cost-per-unit targets, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels, share daily reports on low inventory, and ensure minimum order quantities (MOQ) are met.

Purchase Order Coordination: Map/unmap products, raise POs with desired vendors, and monitor negative margins at product level.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Meet regularly with the Business Operations and Growth teams to align on stock availability, sales plans, and product launches.

Payment & Delivery Follow-up: Coordinate with Finance on vendor payments to avoid delays, and ensure smooth vehicle offloading at Distribution Centers (DC).

Vendor Sourcing: Identify and onboard alternate vendors to maintain product availability and address supply gaps.

Stock Management: Monitor put-away status of inventory, manage slow-moving stock, and support sales strategies for excess inventory.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance updates, including benchmarking new products, sales plans, and launch strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Develop business plans for allocated accounts. Achieve revenue targets 

·        Develop loyalty program strategy, design and develop programs to achieve identified engagement objectives.

·        Own agency deliverables wrt to allocated accounts – Program KPIs, operational SLAs, reporting & MIS, technology development, customer care operations, creative services, event management, print & productions etc.

·        Upsell and cross-sell Colorgenics’s services by finding new avenues of revenue generation within allocated accounts

·        Conduct quarterly and annual program reviews with client’s senior management teams.

·        Share strategic inputs, industry best practices with clients and help driving the program performance

·        Develop and implement tactical campaigns to improve engagement through various initiatives and promotions.

·        Giving creative direction to the team. And act as a creative output reviewer and approver.  

·        Team mentoring & reviews.

·        Act as a facilitator of 3rd party auditors appointed by clients.

·        Keeping total control on invoicing and collections.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION:

·        Thorough knowledge of CRM & loyalty marketing. A seasonal professional with at least 8 years’ experience in heading big accounts

·        Marketing & Analytics knowledge, excellent communication skills, Technical and Managerial experience in designing, developing & growing a loyalty program.

·        This role requires a solid background in loyalty program management and client relationship management.

·        Team handling exposure and aptitude to handle challenging circumstances.

·        MBA / PGDBM is required

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      You have to bring in domain and industry knowledge, share know-how gained through client interactions in a structured way to the product engineering, implementation, sales, marketing and senior management;

·      Role involves gathering market competition and customer information, responding to RFPs/RFIs- Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation, as per the timelines of prospect/customer, coordinate with different internal/external teams to identify the business pains to offer a solution in line with the client requirement

·      Work closely with various internal teams to orchestrate the right technical, functional and commercial responses that create differentiated value for Pennant and help winning bids;

·      Take bottom line responsibility for highest possible quality of our responses, presentations and interactions with the prospect;

·      Prepare and present the company and its responses to CXO’s of the prospect;

·      Lead discovery workshops to determine customers business challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align solution with customer needs

·      Collaborate with marketing and take responsibility to build collaterals for specific LOB’s, personas and modules; refresh them on regular basis;

·      Write blogs, whitepapers and contribute content for website/social media as an when required; get noticed;

·      Mentoring and handholding the junior staff and build excellent presales capabilities

·      Deserving candidate would have worked in the past in technical solutions and presales capacity

Skills and Competencies:

·      Great presentation and communication skills is a must;

·      Hunger for world class quality work is expected;

·      Minimum of 5 years plus experience in handling multi-million USD international pursuits;

·      Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services to the highest possible quality;

·      Deep knowledge of banking applications, hardware and software, including lending business processes and programming;

·      Coordination, presentation skills, objection handling and effective written communication, questioning skills, influencing and personal impact;

·      Excellent intra personal skills and problem-solving skills;

·      Able to persuade client to buy our software;

·      Demonstrating integrity and transparency in the engagement;

Experience & Qualifications:

·      Experience : 8-15 years (I am open to consider Presales Consultants with 4+ years of experience also)

·      MBA graduate from a reputed institute or CA

Position Overview:

We seek a talented and experienced professional to serve as the Head of Engineering and a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Go (Golang). In this dual role, you will lead our engineering team and contribute hands-on to developing our B2B SaaS platform, which aims to revolutionize blue-collar worker training in India. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, set engineering standards, and ensure the successful execution of our technology initiatives.

As Head of Engineering:

• Oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of engineering team members.
• Define and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.

As Senior Backend Developer (Go):

• Design the architecture and implement high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services in Go.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring the security and integrity of the platform.
• Optimize and fine-tune the backend components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and external systems.

 Handling Import Documentation.  Update Client for Shipment Status.  Daily DSR Report to Party & Head Office.  Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact to shipping lines.  Resolving customer queries with help of documentation team.  Handling Good Communicate with consignee, S/ Line, CFS, Transporter by mail.  Checking shipment arrival and IGM details in ICEGATE of customs.  Consignee Dispatch requirement as per schedule to various plant.  Collect the delivery orders from shipping line and freight forwarders and clearing fromPORT/CFS.  Handling DPD Client shipments with BMCT, NSICT, NSIGT, JNPT & GTI Terminals.  Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required Documents.  Good Communicate to clear shipment with in free days without Detention & Demurrage.  Co-ordinating with Delivery Agent/ Transporter for Delivery of Shipment & Planning forDelivery.  Sending import Agency Bill with Shipping, CFS, Container Survey, Transporter Bill & etc.  Arranging for payment of Imports Bills
