Business Development Manager-IT SAAS

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to support end-to-end financial operations — from accounting and compliance to MIS reporting and international payments. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes, while enabling business teams with data-driven insights and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, expense tracking, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books or similar systems.

2. Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports, cash flow statements, P&L summaries, and management dashboards.
• Assist leadership with budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost control insights.

3. Vendor, Client & Overseas Payments Management

• Handle invoicing, receivables tracking, and payment follow-ups with domestic and international clients.
• Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and manage overseas transfers in line with FEMA and RBI norms.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all foreign remittance and forex-related transactions.

4. Compliance: Taxation, GST, PF & Statutory

• Ensure accurate calculation, filing, and reconciliation for GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances for payroll.
• Coordinate with CA partners and consultants for timely returns and assessments.

5. Audit, Documentation & Record Management

• Prepare audit schedules, support statutory and internal audits, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain digital and physical records for all financial and compliance documents.

6. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Support

• Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor actuals vs. planned spend, highlight deviations, and support cost optimization initiatives.

7. Process, Systems & Governance

• Drive improvements in financial workflows, approvals, and reporting systems.
• Support automation tools for expense management, invoicing, and financial control.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and statutory tax frameworks.
• Experience handling international payments and foreign remittances.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and Excel.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Prior experience in a startup, SaaS, or B2B tech environment is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain web applications using Django and Flask frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 2+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.

● Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of its ecosystem.

● Extensive experience with Django and Flask frameworks.

● Hands-on experience with AWS services for application deployment and management.

● Strong knowledge of Django Rest Framework (DRF) for building APIs. ● Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.

● Experience with transformer architectures for NLP and advanced AI solutions.

● Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

● Familiarity with MLOps practices for managing the machine learning lifecycle.

● Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

1. **Office Management & Administration**

  - Oversee daily office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the workspace.

  - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available and in working order.

  - Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep the office safe and efficient.

  - Handle document organization, filing, and data management for quick retrieval and better productivity.

  - Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and support event planning for team or client events.

2. **Client & Partner Communication (Mandarin-English) **

  - Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients or partners.

  - Translate documents, emails, and other communications from Mandarin to English and vice versa.

  - Assist in meetings by providing translation or language support to ensure effective communication.

  - Coordinate with vendors or partners in Mandarin-speaking regions, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines respected.

3. **Financial & Resource Management**

  - Assist in budgeting and expense tracking, keeping an organized record of office expenditures.

  - Manage petty cash and process reimbursements or invoices for the team.

  - Collaborate with finance or HR teams to process payroll, employee benefits, or expense reports.

4 **Coordination with External Stakeholders**

  - Coordinate with building management, vendors, and contractors for office upkeep.

  - Arrange logistics for client visits, including transportation, accommodation, and meeting schedules if needed.

  - Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

5. **Administrative Support for Senior Management**

  - Provide executive assistance to senior leaders, such as managing their schedules, emails, and travel arrangements.

  - Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.

6. **IT & Communication Systems Management**

  - Coordinate with IT support for the setup and maintenance of office computers, phones, and internet.

  - Ensure that communication systems (like video conferencing tools) are functional for smooth client calls.

Primary Role & Responsibility:

As a software engineer, your daily work involves technically challenging applications and projects where your code makes a direct contribution to the further development and upkeep of our software suite and to its application in projects.

You should be able to create Splunk dashboards, apps and should have good understanding of source interfaces for Splunk.

You should have idea of onboarding of data from different sources like JSON, XML, syslog, errorlog files.

Desired Profile & Experience: Knowledge of Kafka and experience with Java

• Splunk Architecture, on-premise and cloud based deployment.
• IoT edge.

• Analytical skills and capabilities to understand how raw (unstructured) data needs to be transformed into processed information.

• The candidate should have more than 2+ years of experience in Manual testing, Developing, and executing test cases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with selenium web driver is required also needs to have strong Java coding skills.
• Selenium with Java, Selenium Eclipse automation, API automation experience is good to have.
• Exposure to working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in Web Testing and Mobile Testing is a must.
• Understanding of QA metrics and reporting.
• Should have knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management.
• Proficient in different types of Testing like Integration, Regression, Sanity, User Acceptance testing, etc.
