Job Description

Work alongside a highly skilled engineering team to design, develop, and maintain large-scale, highly performant, real-time applications.

Own building features, driving directly with product and other engineering teams.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in working with technical and non-technical audiences.

Be an evangelist for best practices across all functions - developers, QA, and infrastructure/ops.

Be an evangelist for platform innovation and reuse.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience building large-scale and low-latency distributed systems.

Command of Java or C++.

Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization techniques, object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and real-time programming.

Experience with distributed caching, SQL/NO SQL, and other databases is a plus.

Experience with Big Data and cloud services such as AWS/GCP is a plus.

Experience in the advertising domain is a big plus.

B. S. or M. S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra.

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of experience in project management or a technical role.

2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

3. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To Lead and execute the whole of the procurement function or in parts for Commercial Interiors category as per company norms
• Responsible for purchase decisions that impact cost of purchase, quality of purchase and timeliness of delivery etc of the purchase in relation to commercial interiors
• Implement Industry best practices for Purchase / Procurement by implementing Processes including automation of purchase processes, creating and revising existing procedures and formats used for purchase, updating the database and enhancing vendor connect
• To ensure internal customer delight by timely processing of quotes received from the site / vendors, evaluation of vendors in the line of priority for cost/quality/delivery/process compliance etc, management of payment cycles, inventory management and implementing effective mechanisms in purchase management
• Managing team of procurement executives or offices and freshers wherever applicable to deliver the team objectives by managing team interactions effectively and in collaborative manner . Equally so to manage individual contributor role in procurement function
• Responsible for periodic purchase related MIS and relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management

• Generating leads into exhibitions & events industry, targeting high potential clients participating in the exhibitions (Domestic as well as International).
• Developing business by cold calling, client pitching through research or references.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the clients.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Mailing Introductory Profile to prospective clients.
• Scheduling appointments and to get maximum meetings done with the clients.
• To get sound brief from the client and ensure maximum clients are converted.
• Client follow ups & feedback till the completion of the project.
• To ensure timely payment is made by the client after the completion of the project.
• To be a single point of contact between the client and the production team.

Automation Tester ( Selenium, API, SQL )

What are we looking for? :

- Experience in versions 1.9 or 2.4 versions of Magento.

- Excellent understanding of PHP and programming skills

- Understanding of MVC structures, OOPs concepts and Frameworks.

- Experience working with Magento or a similar e-commerce framework.
