Key Responsibilities
Managing Existing Brand Relationships:
· Manage and strengthen relationships with existing brand partners.
· Lead internal mapping efforts to optimize relationship management.
· Ensure seamless servicing of brand partnerships by collaborating with the dedicated team.
· Work with the Finance team to oversee P&L management for each brand, ensuring commercial success.
· Partner with the Legal team to finalize agreements and address legal considerations efficiently.
· Coordinate with the IT team to manage technical integrations and operational requirements for partner brands.
· Driving New Business Development & Servicing.
· Spearhead the onboarding of new brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with EaseMyTrip’s strategic goals.
· Identify potential brand partners, generate leads, and lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
· Understand client requirements and facilitate smooth onboarding of new brands.
· Reporting, Analysis, and Brand Reviews:
Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Market Understanding and Competitive Analysis:
§ Develop a deep understanding of EaseMyTrip business, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
§ Technical Execution and Negotiations:
Coordinate with the technical team and partner brands to manage API integrations and other technical requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms with partner brands to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
§ Proven experience in managing brand alliances and partnerships, preferably in fintech, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
§ Strong operational expertise in managing existing brand relationships and ensuring efficient service delivery.
§ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
§ Proficiency in handling P&L responsibilities and understanding legal and commercial aspects of partnerships.
§ Ability to navigate technical aspects, including API integrations, in collaboration with IT teams.
§ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and market trends.
§ Experience managing partnerships with major brands in the retail and e-commerce ecosystem.
We are looking for a senior developer(Chatbot) to join the Avaamo Engineering team.

- Independent team member for analysing requirements, designing, coding and and implementing Avaamo products (Enterprise Messaging and ChatBots)
- Interact with various teams at client site, develop and integrate ChatBots to various channels like FB, Twitter, Mobile App, Websites etc.
- Work closely with IT-Managers and Business Groups to gather requirements
- Translates requirements into the required technical solution related to ChatBots
- Strong understanding of logical database design and development (SQL and NoSQL DBs)
- Evaluates reported defects and the correction of prioritized defects
- Train other developers as per the need
- talk to customers on design and architect conversational AI solutions
- Excellent Communication Skills - 8/10 a Must
- Experience with building chatBots is preferred very strongly
- Ability to learn latest technologies is a huge plus
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To coordinate with the sales team to deliver proposals, solutions etc. (including Request for proposals, request for information, idea and solution generation, road-map creation, and more)
- Coordinate with the tech team to generate appropriate project estimates and to come up with execution timelines and milestones.
- Where relevant, support sales team by presenting solution to prospects and clients.
- Ensure that the proposed (technical) solution is suitable for development, its associated architecture and also get the timelines required to develop the proposed scope.
- To build knowledge repository for further business development.
- To prepare case studies of all projects.
- Be updated with latest industry and technology trends, and to market research.
- Conduct account specific research on key accounts.
- Create solution frameworks for industries / domain we choose to play in.
- Provide support to sales team for any presentations and collaterals on our service offerings.
- Create and maintain a catalogue of service offerings along with necessary collateral in terms of presentations, documents etc.
