About the role : 

This position will help drive the customer retention strategic and tactical roadmap as a core member of the product management team.  It heavily relies on data and detailed analysis to provide different customers and customer types the best and most valuable parts of our service at the right points in their lifetime.

Product Manager at OneCard 

At Onecard, we're re-imagining the credit card for a new generation of users. Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a small team of experienced Product Managers who have helped build successful products at companies such as Gaana, Walnut, ICICI Bank among others. 

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:

• You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details
• You observe users and talk to them to get insights for building products. 
• You have a nose for great products, and advocate for new features with qualitative and quantitative reasoning

• You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

REQUIREMENTS

• You’ve spent at least 3 to 5 years in product management, especially working on mobile apps. 
• You’ve built something with 100k+ users in a consumer facing application. If you've built something on your own - a blog or a website, please send us a link. 
• You’ve worked with design teams and software like Figma/Zeplin/Balsamiq. 
• Experience in Fintech and gaming is preferred. Especially working on reward programs.

Job Description

Primary Skills

• Server Side (Java) & AWS serverless framework.
• Must have hands-on experience on serverless framework.
• Design knowledge/experience of cloud-based web application. Familiarity with software design representation tools like astah, visio etc.
• Must have good experience on AWS (Overall knowledge, EC2 Volume, EC2 Security Group, EC2 AMI, Lambda, S3, AWSbackup, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, IAM, SecretsManager, StepFunction, CostExplorer, KMS, VPC/Subnet)
• Understanding business requirements w.r.t UI/UX.
• Working experience on development/staging/production servers.
• Good testing and verification skills
• Knowledge on SSL certificates and encryption.
• Knowledge on Docker containerization.

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and writing communication skills.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Should have skills to understand and analyzecustomers requirements and expectations.
• Must have experience in interaction with customer
• Work experiences with international cross-culture teams (Good to have)

Secondary SKills

• Scripting using Python

• Fixing issues wrt to integration on cloud(front end/back end/system/services APIs)

We are looking for Senior Tally Developer to integrate our platform with Tally.

Job responsibilities will be cross-functional - ranging from "clean" coding to architectural changes to client interactions. Over a period of time, you're expected to challenge the existing tech stack and add your baby components to it. A person should be a team player, should have an eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of experience as a Tally Developer
• Insightful knowledge in building TDLs for Tally
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Do high-level technical design with guidance, functional modeling, break-down of the module by thinking platforms, and re-use.
• Sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Mandatory: Hands on experience working with Swift 3 , Swift 4. Very strong logical skills. Good hold on operating system concepts and data structure. Experience with web services , core-data , camera kit , image caching concepts, keychain , past experience working with one of the design patterns like MVC / MVVM / Viper , network check.

Good to have: Rx-Swift experience , video / image filter experience , media player usage , complex UX effects , couch-db , RealM.Knowledge of GIT management , Continuous Integration and Continuous Development practices.
