Responsibilities:
● Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a
product demonstration
● Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders of the company.
● Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client
issues and ensure timely resolution.
● Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs
are met
● Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
● Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails,
or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services
again
● Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer
acquisition goals are met
● Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about
the characteristics that make our organization unique.
What do I need?
● MBA graduates preferred
● 2+ years of relevant experience as a business development executive
● Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
● Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even
for non-technical people
