Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 5 to 11 years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and modern state management techniques, along with experience in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. Candidates with Banking or Financial Services domain experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Implement efficient state management using Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Develop secure and reliable applications following industry best practices.
• Work with Firebase services including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Firestore, Remote Config, and Analytics.
• Develop and maintain Flutter Web applications where required.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance application performance.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to coding standards.

Developing and maintaining web applications that are optimised for various devices and browsers

Implementing responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for different screen sizes

• Very good knowledge in scripting tools and languages such as Shell, Perl or Python , YAML/Groovy, build tools such as Maven/Gradle.

• Good knowledge in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet/Chef and have worked on setting up of monitoring tools (Splunk/Geneos/New Relic/Elk).
•             Expertise in job schedulers/workload automation tools such as Control-M or AutoSys is good to have.
• Hands-on knowledge on Cloud technology (preferably GCP) including various computing services and infrastructure setup using Terraform.

• Should have basic understanding on networking, certificate management, Identity and Access Management and Information security/encryption concepts.

Main Responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer

• Create user centred designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces

• Serve as the primary contact and product expert for new leads as well as existing accounts
• Maintain a high level of consultative, solution-based selling to sell ODIGO
• Showcase ODIGO to customers through online product demos
• Generate New Leads and convert leads to the potential client online
• Perform cold calling to create new leads
• Qualify inbound leads from phone calls and CRM

• 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software inside sales with an emphasis on SaaS product sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Working experience in market research and analysis will be an added advantage
