Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive revenue generation by implementing effective sales and retention strategies to achieve AUM targets in the territory.
• Operations Management: Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, adhering to operational guidelines and compliance standards.
• Recruitment of Frontline Employees: Identify staffing needs, recruit talented individuals, and build a high-performing team of frontline employees.
• Training and Nurturance: Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to frontline employees to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
• Risk and Audit and Compliance Adherence: Implement risk management protocols, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and conduct periodic audits to maintain a secure and compliant environment. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements at all times, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Liaising with Lending Partner Banks: Foster strong relationships with lending partner banks, collaborate on business strategies, and ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
• Cross-Selling of Third-Party Products: Identify opportunities for cross-selling various third-party products to customers, increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience.
• Building Rupeek Business Partners and DSA Channel: Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses and develop a robust DSA channel to drive business growth.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business performance, monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Persona: 

• Should be a graduate or above in any stream. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 2 years in a team-leading role.
• Candidates from BFSI/Fintech/Telecom would be an ideal fit
• Strong background in the BFSI lending business is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

The Client Success Executive will be responsible for directly communicating

with the client and be responsible for understanding the client's brief and

coordinating work between different teams. 

• Plan for pitches to new/existing clients
• Build a strategy for the team so everyone has work and responsibilities
• Distribute work amongst team members

• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their promotional requirements
• Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the team by maintaining

regular contact with both

• Ensure that communication flows effectively

MATLAB developer in the application team is responsible for software development of the backend interfaces and business logic in machine applications customized for different product lines.

Responsibilities

• Core Matlab large applications development
• Graphical applications development in Matlab including Object Oriented Programming
• Experience in M-Scripting must with GUI design
• Ability to independently architect and deliver new, large-scale applications in Matlab
• Matlab M-scripting & troubleshooting
• HPC (High performance computing), Parallel processing
• JIRA, GIT/GITHUB
• Ability to communicate and collaborative working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience working with MATLAB or relevant experiences
• Good knowledge of development and continuous integration process and tools Studio, Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, TeamCity, etc
• Good knowledge in agile software development (Scrum, Kanban)

> Development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices;

> Should be able to create user interface and UX on Android and implement designs as per  the requirements;

> Able to work with the remote data via REST and Json;

> Working knowledge of kotlin & basic knowledge about design architecture
