About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our dynamic team. You will work with modern web technologies to design and implement highly scalable and user-friendly interfaces for our global e-commerce platform. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week from the office and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-performance web applications with a primary focus on frontend features.

Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using React.js, Vue.js, and other modern frameworks.

Integrate and optimize backend services using Node.js and PostgreSQL.

Participate in code reviews, mentoring sessions, and team discussions to uphold engineering excellence.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in fullstack and frontend development.

Required Skills and Experience:

8+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on fullstack engineering.

Strong proficiency in React.js and/or Vue.js for frontend development.

Solid understanding of Node.js for backend services.

Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.

Proficiency in building responsive, cross-browser-compatible, and accessible user interfaces.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the retail/ E-commerce / and finance domain a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Translate user requirements and wireframes into ecient and responsive front-end components while ensuring high performance and usability.

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring smooth integration with the front-end components.

• Design and implement data models, schemas, and queries for MongoDB, and manage database interactions effectively.

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• Perform unit and integration testing of both front-end and back-end components to ensure reliability and quality of the application.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues that arise during development, testing, and deployment phases.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance application performance, security, and maintainability.

• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when necessary.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications & websites.

Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications.

Participate in project & deployment planning.

Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision

Exp. In modules/extensions development/customization.

Exp. In Theme integration/customization.

Exp. In API creation/integration.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

Extensive experience in PHP and MySQL.

Exposure to Magento 2, CMS, and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.

Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, HTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards.

Demonstrable source control experience

5. Android Native (Java/Kotlin)
6. Socket.io / WebRTC (LiveStreaming)

9. Prior experience in developing/integration livestreaming feature is essential.

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS and ReactJS development stack

∙ Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch
