Mern Stack Developer

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer (5+ years, Pune location) to join our growing team!

You’ll be working with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, APIs, and cloud deployments to build scalable and high-performing web applications.

Responsibilities include developing responsive apps, building RESTful APIs, working with SQL/NoSQL databases, and deploying apps on AWS/Docker.

Experience with CI/CD, Git, secure coding practices (OAuth/JWT), and Agile collaboration is a must.

Job Requirements

•   3+ years of experience with custom application development.

Technical Requirements

•   Experience working within Agile development environments.
•   Experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
•   Experience with Redux, Redux Saga
•   OAuth and JWT Tokens experience is a plus.
•   Experience with the Next.js and Nest.js framework is a plus.
• Advanced Laravel Experience (Middleware, Collections, Policies, and Service Containers).
•   Experience with unit testing (PHP Unit).
•   Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization.
•   Solid working experience building RESTful APIs.
•   Active experience integrating custom code with 3rd party web services.
•   Hands-on experience with tools such as Git and Jira.
•   Experience working in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) ecosystem.

 Job Duties

•   Work with a team of developers, BA, PM, QA, etc. to execute strategies and implement solutions to build quality business software applications.

•   Develop front-end and back-end components for large data-driven applications.
•   Review features requests, provide feedback, and develop/maintain features for web applications. 
•   Document your development process and development components. 
•   Work with other developers to complete tasks and share ideas.

Expected Skills :-

• Knowledge/Application of data structures and algorithms.-
• Problem-solving attitude : This means when you face a problem (not necessarily technical), your natural reaction is "How can I solve it best" rather than "How can I get out of it/avoid it/overlook it"-
• Working knowledge in Java(SpringFramework) is a must.
• Working knowledge in ReactJs is a plus.- Working knowledge in Python, MongoDB is a plus.
• The founding team has extensive experience in launching and scaling up fintech products & New business verticals. The founders have rich leadership experience across Consulting, fintech and payment companies

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

• Expertise and Prior experience in JavaScript environment [Node JS/ PHP/ React JS/ React Native]
• Prior work experience in B2C start-ups (unicorn scale)
• Excellent coding skills with experience in building system architecture, databases
• Exposure to version control, documentation tools, progress management tools
• Must have built application from scratch and scaled to a sizable user base.

• Understand product requirement and develop/deploy end-to-end scalable technology systems for our ed-tech business

• Regularly manage, test and fix issues related to security and performance

• Understanding of Rest based API Architecture
• Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.  
• Excellent microservices pattern understanding.  
• Ability to define cross-core contracts and bring them to closure through collaboration.
• Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.  
• Experience working with AWS components [EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, ECS, Lambda].
• Analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Good aptitude in multi-threading and concurrency concepts.  
• Working knowledge of Git and proficiency with at least one build server: Jenkins/Travis/Bamboo.
