Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with a strong background in Vulnerability Testing to ensure the security, functionality, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in penetration testing, security testing methodologies, load testing, automation, and working with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and security test plans for applications and APIs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
• Identify security loopholes, conduct risk analysis, and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure secure coding practices.
• Automate security testing and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Test applications against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF).
• Utilize tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Nessus, etc.
• Conduct API security testing and validate authentication & authorization mechanisms.
• Document security vulnerabilities and collaborate for timely remediation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Security & Vulnerability Testing.
• In-depth knowledge of penetration testing tools and security frameworks.
• Experience with automated security testing in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Good knowledge of network security, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, Security+ are a plus.

• Create keyword-rich content for app listings
• Work on PPC campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns)

What Will You Work On?

You will join the game studio team within AutoVRse, helping build District M, a VR, rhythm-based platformer, a first-of-its-kind for an indie studio out of India. As a core part of this team, you will play an instrumental role in creating this game and ushering in the next era of immersive gaming.

• We launched a free demo on Oculus Applab, and a lot of content creators/gamers are in love with it!
• Our official game trailer was featured in the UploadVR Summer Showcase, 2022 - earlier this year.
• We've recently become a part of the "PlayStation Partner" program and will soon be working on making our game accessible across VR platforms.

As a Game Developer, you will work closely with the design and production art teams to create mechanics and components that are a core part of the gameplay. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills, who have a passion for gaming and are excited to create diverse, impactful and memorable experiences for our user base. Your enthusiasm to take on new problems is what will help us push the boundaries of what is possible in VR games today.

What Can You Look Forward To?

• Build multi-platform VR games (starting with District M), for - Meta Quest 2, PSVR etc.
• Ideating, and implementing game mechanics from a prototype stage to a fully polished game.
• Participate in the feature / mechanics-definition process, along with the Design and Art teams.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, production artists and level designers.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Mandatory Qualities:

1. Experience in game development workflows, engines, processes and tools.

2. Demonstrated ability of building polished mechanics and systems built with scalable code practices.

3.   Thorough knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), Data Structures and Algos.

4. Basic idea of 3D Design concepts - modelling / geometry, texturing, lighting, maps etc.

Good-To-Haves:

1. Experience with Virtual Reality (VR), including but not limited to 3D Graphics, OpenGL et al.

2.   Knowledge of VCS (Version-Control Systems) such as Git, Unity Collab / similar.

3. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Design Patterns, 3D Math, UI, Animation.

4.   Knowledge of 3D Design Tools such as Blender, Substance Painter/Design, 3dsMax / Maya etc.

5. 1-2 years of game / VR development experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, C # et al.

We are looking for someone creative, organised and passionate about project management and events,who can plan an event from start to finish that exceed our expectations.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal to execution, on time, within budget, that exceed our expectations
• Coordinate all operations, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to venue searches and bookings
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
• Develop and maintain event databases, such as filtering and segmentation, with meticulous attention to detail
• Coordinate event logistics and collateral material design, production and distribution and maintain production schedules for event materials/collateral
• Communicating, maintaining and developing client and supplier relationships
• Perform general duties to support event planners, project managers and the Global Event team
• Analyse events portfolio and key performance areas and prepare event follow-up reports, identify areas to improve on for future events
• Montoring calendars and booking in meetings and calls for the management team 
• Competitor research, analysis and reporting

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years minimum operational or project management experience from a B2B events/conference production company
• Graduated to degree level or equivalent in your chosen discipline, ideally Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Languages or similar
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
• Ability to work independently and show a strong sense of initiative, taking ownership of key projects when required with a proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and be flexible is essential
• Works well as part of fast-paced team, prioritising effectively and managing workload
• Excellent IT skills - proficient in both Windows and Mac operating systems (i.e. PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, Outlook)
