Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on technology professional to build and maintain our in-house lending technology stack, including CRM, Loan Management System (LMS), Loan Origination System (LOS), reporting dashboards, and API-based integrations. The role will also involve identifying and implementing AI-led automation to streamline lending operations, reduce manual intervention, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal CRM software for lending operations.
- Build and manage LMS and LOS modules for end-to-end loan processing, servicing, and reporting.
- Develop automated workflows for lead capture, application processing, underwriting, disbursal, repayment tracking, collections, and customer communication.
- Integrate third-party APIs such as KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, bank statement analysis, bureau checks, e-sign, payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and account verification systems.
- Create MIS, dashboards, and reports for management, operations, risk, and collections teams.
- Work closely with business teams to understand process gaps and convert them into scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, user access control, audit trails, and information security.
- Implement AI/ML tools where relevant for automation such as document extraction, customer segmentation, fraud detection, risk triggers, collection prioritization, chatbots, and workflow intelligence.
