Key Responsibilities:

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment and successful onboarding of clients.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of your pipeline, opportunities, and outreach activities using CRM tools.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, new technologies, and gaming innovations to provide clients with insightful, up-to-date knowledge.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
Who You Are:

- Review code and assign claims to diaries as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for field in investigation and examine and investigate details of claim.
- Determine required reserves and place on claims in accordance with the delegation of authority.
- Corresponds with claimant and witnesses, also consult with police, hospital records, and with other experts as part of the claim’s investigation and settlement process.
- Negotiates claims and settlement for claims with required approvals as required by the delegation of authority.
- Submit claims to TPA per requirements including litigated claims and provide all required documentation to TPA and legal department.
- Communicate any trends or opportunities for correction at field locations to supervisor or safety and loss prevention personnel.
- Complete reports or other analysis as directed.

About the Job:
Gyaan is looking for a Senior React JS developer to join our dynamic team! As a Senior React JS developer, you will be responsible for building components and modules using React and associated tooling (Redux, React-query, Indexed-DB, Material-UI). Team management and Mentoring experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Build components and modules using React.
- Building the core front-end infrastructure, design systems, and libraries.
- Convert Figma designs into reusable front-end components.
- Translation of designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Must-Have Skills:

- 3+ years of Typescript experience, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6/ES7.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including virtual DOM, data binding, State & Props and React Lifecycle and Redux.

- Experience consuming and transforming internal and 3rd party API's using REST
- Experience with code quality and reusability practices (eslint, prettier, CI/CD for front-end repos)
